The cuisine is impeccable: organic, wholesome, and completely vegan, with gluten-free options available. The chef is always ready to satisfy every need, with great attention and availability. One detail we loved was the little touches in the room: homemade water kefir in the mini-bar, herbal teas, and vegan biscotti—a real treat that made us feel even more pampered. A special thank you goes to Letizia, a true angel. She took care of us and our daughter while we enjoyed the private spa, making us feel at home and pampered at all times, always present but never intrusive.
