22/08/2025: A true gem in Livigno. Persief is a restaurant that captivates from the first moment with its cozy and intimate atmosphere, just six tables for service that is meticulously curated and never distracting.
The dishes are a surprising journey: radiant and bold flavors, showcasing the finest ingredients with original yet balanced pairings. The menu offers three different tasting menus, each with its own distinct identity. We chose to pair them with a truly excellent wine tasting, perfectly balanced with each course.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable: unpretentious, yet extremely professional. You feel welcomed naturally, like at home, yet pampered with a level of care that only great restaurants can offer.
A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended to anyone seeking something unique in Livigno.

14/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant last weekend.
The staff was very friendly and helpful; they managed to find us a seat even though we hadn't booked.
Once they take your order, they offer you a delicious house entree.
The dishes are well-prepared, delicious, and at a great price.
To finish, they offered us a house liqueur.
If I'm ever near Livigno again, I'll definitely be happy to return (with a reservation this time! 😜)

03/09/2025: Homemade pasta, and you can tell the staff understands what it means to be lactose intolerant. They're knowledgeable and can recommend the most suitable dishes for your intolerance. It's been a long time since I've had a hard time deciding what to eat because I usually have to settle for one dish! I was very pleased and everything was delicious! I hope they also think about a lactose-free dessert for the future! I also really liked the decor of the place!
03/09/2025: The pasta was truly excellent, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients. My only small complaint was the semifreddo, which was a bit too hard for my expectations. Overall, a pleasant and successful dinner, with carefully crafted and presented dishes.

14/06/2025: Ottimi piatti! I pizzoccheri, sorprendentemente leggeri, sono davvero gustosi, mentre le tagliatelle con lo speck sono una vera delizia. La prossima volta torneremo sicuramente per provare il filetto al pepe, che ci ha già conquistati solo a guardarlo!

12/02/2025: Ci sono tornato ieri sera a cena dopo un anno e ho ritrovato la stessa qualità e bontà dei piatti tipici della cucina locale. Prezzi assolutamente onesti e servizio sempre cortese e veloce. Ottimo per una cena livignasca

24/01/2025: Ottimo servizio, il personale molto veloce (specialmente Felice che ci ha servito sempre col sorriso), il cibo buonissimo. L'apre ski fino a mezzanotte con DJ. Consiglio la visita.
06/01/2025: mi spiace fare questa recensione perché fino all’ anno scorso si mangiava veramente bene! mi hanno riferito che il sig ‘Bivio’ lo ha acquistato e infatti bello il rinnovamento dei locali ma sul cibo non ci siamo. mancano piatti della precedente gestione come quello dello ‘sciatore’, il menù bah lo trovo molto più ‘doZzinale’ il gulash era una brodaglia che la carne manco si vedeva, il pollo ha dato qualche problema digestivo a chi lo ha preso; il panino col pollo era un insieme di ingredienti che lo rendono sciapo. boh siamo rimasti delusi e dire che e’ stato sempre nella settimana bianca il punto di ristoro a mezzogiorno. vero il casinò per prendere il posto ma è sempre stato così, i camerieri comunque molto accoglienti e veloci.

11/04/2025: Gran comida, ubicación, relación calidad-precio y personal.
Comimos aquí varias veces durante nuestra semana de vacaciones de esquí cada vez que la comida es buena. El servicio era bueno y la relación calidad-precio se sentía brillante teniendo en cuenta la ubicación. Muy pregunta de la imagen se lo pasó muy bien y volveré a visitar.
14/02/2025: Качественная итальянская еда по очень комфортным ценам. В заведении всегда битком народу, по возможности бронируйте столик заранее. Питались в этом заведении три дня подряд и все блюда которые мы попробовали были невероятно вкусные. Быстрый и внимательный персонал. Среди официантов есть русскоговорящие. Обязательно вернусь сюда.

28/04/2025: Aldilà della gentilezza sproporzionata degli addetti, la qualità sublime dei prodotti fatti sul momento o comunque riscaldati. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Abbiamo provato vari prodotti in più occasioni, è il nostro posto preferito per le colazioni.
Dotato di tavolini all'esterno per il periodo Primavera/Estate.
Posto molto curato nel dettaglio, che dire se non che fare i complimenti per ciò che fate.
03/02/2025: Locale ben curato. Le ragazze gentile e simpatiche. Nota dolente.....non si può servire un Hugo senza menta e lime....peccato.
