06/01/2026: Disclaimer: This isn't my first time eating here, and I've never had a bad experience, but tonight we weren't there at all. I order the usual beer, which turns out to be bitter. I mention this and they tell me it's the "artisanal" approach that makes it different. Hmm. They ask me if I want to change the menu, but I decline. The pizza arrives, and it's poorly rolled out and therefore much smaller. It's okay to make a mistake, but you remake it. It's not like you serve it at the table like that. EDIT: I'm commenting now because this time the pizza was poorly rolled out and smaller than usual. Mistakes happen, but serving them at the table doesn't. The other times, my fellow diners have already left positive comments when we came together.
