19/03/2026: Went for lunch today, got a very green piadina. Ingredients: salad, tomatoes, grilled zucchini, artichoke pâté, avocado pâté. So, a very long wait, staff for nothing prepared, but that's okay, maybe they'll improve. I taste the piadina and something's wrong, it smells sour. I get up to go and tell some clerk, but nothing at the cash register. There's a huge line despite the totems, and no one comes out of the kitchen. I go back to the table and have my sister taste it, who confirms that something's wrong. I open it and find raw, diced zucchini, not grilled. I go back to the counter and explain that the piadina tastes sour and the zucchini aren't grilled as advertised. Response? They sent us these zucchini. I don't know what to do. If you want, we can offer you a coffee! Of course, I understand the lack of experience, but do we want to hire a manager to manage all this? Anyway, I kept a receipt in case I get sick.

16/03/2026: I was at the Mantova Village outlet and my family and I had lunch at the Piadineria. What can I say?! Excellent quality products, fresh and well-matched, not to mention the friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended.
