02/02/2026: Nice and clean place, with a varied staff, some well-trained, others less so. The food, I'd say, was less satisfying. I ordered casonceli with meat, butter, and sage. The butter arrived burnt and covered in black spots, which I imagine must have been the burnt sage. To cover it all up, they decided to sprinkle grated cheese on top, which is not allowed in a restaurant. If you're lactose intolerant, you shouldn't eat it; you should have the choice of whether or not to use cheese. I absolutely don't recommend it.
