31/03/2024: Aperitif for four adults + child.
The kid gets a coke, we get cocktails. The place is practically empty, but we still wait 40 minutes.
As for the aperitif itself, I understand that the coke was probably not counted as an aperitif, but we were brought appetizers counted for four people (4 Ascoli olives, 4 squares of pizza, 4 half savory croissants). I gave the appetizers to my son but it's not done like that, it's not like an 8 year old can have a Mojito, just bring him three appetizers anyway, you'll only make us look good.
Then for the rest, decent cocktails and a fairly well-kept environment.
At the checkout we are informed that separate bills are not taken, but rather rudely.
I would just add that while scrolling through the lunch and brunch menu I noticed really high prices: a portion of chips 8 euros, a toast 9 euros, a hamburger 18 euros, focaccia with patanegra (are you Briatore?) 20 euros.
These are commercial choices, but overall a place that is definitely not for me.

31/03/2024: Each dish is a dive into traditional dishes from the cuisine of the past and tradition. The place is informal and always well crowded. Let's say that love for conviviality and good food reigns here, for romantic dinners choose another address. If the menu isn't enough for you, there are those off the list and you won't regret their choice.

16/03/2024: I think there has been a change in management that is definitely for the worse. Passable food but nothing special, decidedly terrible service. Waited over 40 minutes to get the first course, endless wait for the rest, asked for water that never arrived... Not recommended, I definitely won't go back.

17/03/2024: I was there for the first time for dinner with friends, very kind and welcoming owners who offered us excellent liqueurs made by them. An excellent tiramisu always offered. What can I say, we ate excellent quality pizzas, especially the dough was exceptional. Thanks, see you again. Highly recommended!!!
16/03/2024: Verace pizza is my favourite: light and soft dough topped with excellent quality ingredients! The tomato and mozzarella are superb! Young and friendly staff! Excellent value for money!

All excellent, to return and highly recommend. If I were to return to Brescia, I would certainly have no difficulty choosing it again

The place is very nice and the staff are friendly and affable.
Unfortunately, however, I have been there several times for the vegetarian ramen (once without broth and the other with broth) but I fail them both times. The pumpkin broth makes everything too stomach-churning and heavy; it doesn't really remember what the common imagination of a ramen with vegetables is.
I hope they review the choice of pairings because, for the moment, we're not quite there.
Ps they don't accept reservations... you go there and hope there is a seat. ;/
