23/05/2025: We went to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday on the advice of a colleague! We were welcomed by the owner... a really easy-going, polite and very nice guy! We ate both the first and second courses and the dishes were all really excellent and very special! Not to mention the desserts... sublime!
The cooks when they stopped came to say hello... a beautiful gesture! We will definitely be back!
Thanks for the good food and the welcome!
17/05/2025: Original and exquisite dishes, served with grace and friendliness in a welcoming environment, accompanied by the music of John Coltrane and Johnny Hodges: what more could you want? Oh, I forgot: honest prices.

25/06/2025: A decent restaurant but too expensive, if you take the pizza menu you can get by with 20 euros, otherwise for an appetizer, a second course, a side dish and a beer you can get to double.
I must have been unlucky, but then when I went there I had to ask several times to have the side dish brought to me.
In the end it was a nice experience but perhaps too expensive.
23/06/2025: My goddaughter's birthday dinner and all my family, including grandchildren.
We returned to this location where we celebrated my goddaughter's wedding lunch.
We ate some ca5ne some pesce from the appetizers to the first decades and side dishes, each course deserved a full 10.
Specifically, I ate a tartare and a raw fish carpaccio, a first course of paccheri with fish and a fried shrimp, calamari and mixed seafood that I hadn't eaten in a long time. All excellent.
Try it and you won't regret it

11/06/2025: You can eat in or take away. Pizza and classic first courses. Very convenient diner given the location on the main road. Precisely for this reason, however, it is very difficult to find parking on site, especially in the evening from 6 pm where rush hour traffic is heavy.

27/12/2024: Historic pizzeria in Ciampino, pizza always top-notch, as are the fried foods. Quality products like my focaccia with rocket and bresaola tonight. Another strong point is the kindness of the staff!

27/10/2024: The flours used were probably not the best, in fact the dough was not easily digestible but above all, having some experience in the catering sector, I am referring to the ingredients used which in my opinion were very poor (ham and mozzarella). We had some stomach problems until the next day. Never happened with a pizza.
However, that's fine.

10/02/2025: Me ne hanno parlato bene, il posto molto bello e curato, i ragazzi che ci lavorano molto disponibili e sempre di corsa, il cibo, secondo me, deludente, lascia un pò a desiderare, ma forse perchè era sabato sera e c'era molta gente...

17/10/2024: This spot is my favorite spot in the Ciampino area. They do it all. We vacationed there for a month and went there 4 times. I had the only margarita I ever loved here. The drinks are magically perfection. The food. I was not expecting to literally fall in love with every food item but I did. I got pasta, chicken lemon thing, mussels, clam pasta, lasagna. Everything was fresh and delicious. Also the tiramisu. I ordered two for myself one day because of how amazing it is. Now don't get me started on the staff. They are all amazing kind and made us American tourists feel right at home. They really care about what they do and will literally show you the best service. I seriously love this place so much and they deserve all the credit. Thank you home cafe for being our home away from home and making our trip to Rome that much more special.
