A waitress took away our glass, still with wine in it, without asking.
Luckily, not all the guys were so rude.

10/05/2026: Our agent had confirmed the rooms with the hotel and was in the process of processing the payment. However, the hotel resold the rooms to someone else, without prior notice and without honoring the confirmed reservation.
We would like to emphasize that the responsibility lies entirely with the hotel, not the agent. Our agent worked tirelessly to remedy the situation caused by the hotel, demonstrating a level of professionalism that the hotel itself failed to match.
We did not expect to face such a situation, and we do not recommend her to anyone.
14/04/2026: Beautiful venue, especially the outside.
We were there for a baptism, and the lunch was also excellent.

23/11/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas, both with fries. I couldn't fault the punctuality of the delivery, but the quality of the ingredients (especially considering the high price of the pizzas) was very poor. The fries weren't at all fresh, they were rubbery and stale, even in taste. The pizza arrived lukewarm.
