15/02/2026: It's been several years since I've been back to Pizzeria Al Colle in Misano Monte. I found the service excellent, both organizationally and in terms of hospitality. As soon as we arrived, they escorted us to our table, and before bringing us the menu, we were offered a few slices of salami and mortadella...to immediately tempt us! We ordered pizzas with classic dough or a slow-rising crust, which makes the crust thicker, crispier, and easier to digest. The pizzas were very good and packed with flavor... To finish, we also ordered the thick-crust pizza with chocolate! It was a spectacle. I was pleasantly surprised that in addition to the limoncino and liquerizino, we were also served a small plate of fresh mandarins. We'll be back as soon as possible! The only flaw: the place doesn't appear to be accessible to disabled people (unless there's another entrance I didn't see).

11/05/2026: The restaurant has a spacious indoor dining area and a large outdoor dining area, surrounded by greenery, open only in the summer. The menu is extensive: from pizza to seafood appetizers, meat and fish, and desserts. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Parking is available in the courtyard in front of the restaurant entrance and along the street. On Fridays and Sundays, karaoke and fun music evenings are offered, but there are also Latin American dance nights, disco nights, and quiet lunch and dinner. Disabled access is also available.

10/05/2026: Today we enjoyed an unforgettable lunch at this restaurant. The attention, care, and humanity of Tiziano and his staff were unparalleled! The food was excellent, carefully prepared, and plentiful. We felt at home, like family. A place that makes all the difference. Thank you so much.

19/05/2026: Having to participate in an experience at the Misano racetrack, we walked from the entrance looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon this little place. From the outside, it might not look like much, given the boxes of frozen chips at the entrance and some vegetation that could use a bit more attention. Once inside, you're greeted by a place that's not huge, but it has a butcher's-style counter, a corner dedicated to motorsport champions, and posters with piadinas and calzones prominently displayed with their prices, offering a wide selection for all tastes. The piadinas are made in-house with balls of dough that are magically transformed into piadinas, and they were excellent: we had one with ham and mozzarella, one with ham and fontina, and one with ham and fontina. All three were cooked perfectly, well-filled, and above all, very good, making us realize that the ones at the supermarket don't even deserve to be called piadinas. There's an outdoor area with tables, chairs, and benches that I think could use a makeover: the furnishings are dated and outdated, as are the tablecloths, which could use a replacement. The outdoor area could be cleaned up and made more inviting and welcoming from the outside, making it more livable. We ordered the three piadinas mentioned above, a portion of fries (a lot after one piadina each, but good and quality), two cans of Coca-Cola, and a bottle of water, and we spent about €35, which I think is a good price. I recommend this place if you're in the area, but don't be put off by the exterior—it's worth it!

03/05/2026: The prices are too high. A piada with prosciutto, stracchino, and arugula costs almost €10. It seems excessive for a piada that isn't particularly large in size, in fact. Not to mention the wait. We arrived when there were only three tables in front of us, each with about three people, and we waited a little over an hour. I really don't recommend it. If you have the option to move and go elsewhere, do so. With the time it took, we could have gone home and eaten them, come back here, and they wouldn't have done it anyway.

01/06/2026: Overall, an average experience. The place is pleasant and the service was good, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the food. I ordered pasta with clams, which unfortunately was rather bland and flavorless, so much so that it detracted from a dish that should be one of the highlights of a seafood restaurant. Given my expectations, I expected bolder flavors and more attention to detail in the dishes. Not a bad experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
