We were left with the taste of a wonderful dinner! A mouth-watering flavor to think about (until the next morning! Really melancholy!!), without having to drink even a glass of water before going to bed!! The tagliatella with vegan white ragout was amazing 😍😍😍😍😍
Waking up light, not bloated and without having to drink, therefore feeling balanced with basic and acidic flavours...while having made your taste buds taste...but where do you find it???

16/10/2024: BARBARA's RISTOVEGAN restaurant is incredible. . and I had never eaten vegan!!! From the first course to the dessert, everything is delicious... mouth-watering. Intimate place, face to face with the chef who, if desired, will also explain the dishes she cooks for you!!! Fair prices. Highly recommended

Friendly and helpful staff
18/08/2024: The small kiosk is located on one of the most tourist streets of Cattolica, via Dante.
Quality artisanal ice cream: creamy and dense at the right point, persistent and very rewarding taste.
Tried 3 different flavors and all very good: cremino, pistachio cremino (with whole pistachio pieces) and lemon meringue.

14/08/2024: Top ice cream in Cattolica and elsewhere. I have traveled a lot and like these ice creams it is really difficult to find equals. Courteous and helpful staff despite the infernal heat. Average prices and the quality is exceptional. Compliments! When I'm in Cattolica I only eat ice cream from them.

26/08/2024: Highly recommended place. Now every year Soverato is synonymous with a gourmet's garden. Good brioche with ice cream also plentiful, very friendly staff and fast service. You can enjoy your ice cream in a fairly ventilated and welcoming garden. If you are in Soverato, stop by and you will agree with me.

10/12/2024: 1 December: we decide to take a small trip out of town to the Cattolica aquarium. Morning at the aquarium and lunch in the surrounding area. We find this place that overlooks the beach. Even if it's open on December 1st, it's not a given!
I phone just to be safe and they have a table for us. The waiter is prepared and immediately puts us at ease.
All very good I must say, it's a shame that a good 30% of the menu was missing but being out of season you can't expect anything.
Some pasta dishes also available with gluten-free pasta: excellent!!

25/11/2024: We have been to this restaurant twice and will definitely return. The owner is very attentive and helpful. The dishes are plentiful, prepared with care and the raw materials are of excellent quality. I recommend the seafood starter Bizula' and the tuna steak with pistachio. At the end of lunch we concluded with an excellent freshly made tiramisu. Excellent value for money.

28/07/2024: Très bon restaurant et personnel accueillant. Nous avons mangé deux pizzas excellentes. La décoration du restaurant est très jolie. Ils offrent également un service de take away.
09/07/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale a maggio e non c'è un solo piatto che non ci sia piaciuto. Tutto ottimo, dalla pasta, al pesce, alla pizza...tutto eccezionale. La proprietaria molto gentile e affabile ti fa sentire come a casa. Super consigliato.

25/09/2024: È la terza volta che vado in questo posto.,considerata la bontà della piadina. Tuttavia risulta incomprensibile la prolungata attesa di oltre mezza ora per una semplice piadina (sia perche le faccio a casa e ne ho mangiate in diversi posti)benché fossimo i primi clienti da servire. A ciò si aggiunge la persistente maleducazione del proprietario (già verificata nelle due precedenti volte) che è incapace di accogliere con cortesia i clienti dando risposte da grande scorbutico. Il locale potrebbe subire oltretutto dei ritocchi migliorativi.
Da non ripetere più.
12/09/2024: Di ritorno da una gita , stanchissime, avevamo voglia di piadina. Una buona piadina. Ci siamo messe a cercare qua e là in internet e ci siamo fidate......
E abbiamo fatto benissimo!!!!
La più buona piadina mai mangiata fino a ora....

11/09/2024: Pit stop post cena lungo la via dello shopping. Locale bello e ben curata ottimo gelato e crepes. Ottimo servizio per la crepes possibilità di farsela servire tagliata nel piatto. Simpaticissimo il personale.
28/08/2024: La posizione è al top, nel cuore della promenade, le ragazze molto gentili, prezzi in linea e una buona varietà di cialde e di gusti, sia di creme, sia di frutta. Ottimi e poco zuccherini il limone e la pesca. Si scioglieva leggermente troppo presto.

25/08/2024: A bad two cups of ice cream with a few scoops and the pineapple wasn't fresh it was giropata and was very heavy, the ice cream with ice cream was not creamy and an unreasonable price 19 euros for two cups of very poor ice cream.

03/08/2024: We stayed at the Splendid the last two weeks of July. Starting from the reception, the welcome was friendly and professional, in the dining room the guys are all very attentive, helpful and smiling, creating a very informal and relaxing atmosphere, the buffet cuisine is varied and of good quality, there are always quality dishes meat, fish and vegetables, appetizers and the menu is never repetitive, for children there is always a separate option available for both lunch and dinner. The rooms are comfortable and always clean and tidy, our sea and pool view exactly reflects the description on the site. In the swimming pool, which was always clean, the little ones could entertain themselves with slides or with the activities of the entertainment team present in the morning, afternoon and after dinner. The partner beach is in front of the structure and is equipped with all the necessary services including entertainment for the little ones. Overall a great holiday thanks to everyone!!!
