19/07/2026: I've been frequenting "La Mucca Viola" over the years, happily bringing many friends and taking advantage of their delivery service. The quality of the food has always been excellent, and even when there have been a couple of delivery issues in the past (which I resolved by picking up myself, without any hard feelings, stemming from the issue I'll describe below), I've always considered their service good overall. Unfortunately, despite this appreciation, I've encountered a series of communication issues that, honestly, I wouldn't expect from a place with their standards. I tried to order online several times during the week. The website said they were closed until Thursday, but on Thursday, they were still closed (despite Google listing them as open). On Friday, the message was still there: "Online orders are currently unavailable. Closed." I checked every social media channel (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), but there was no notification whatsoever. I tried calling without success, and I messaged them on WhatsApp, only to be promised a "soon" response, which never came. I completely understand that managing multiple social media channels and platforms is time-consuming, but it's frustrating to have to chase down a business to see if it's open or not. A simple post or an automated message, especially considering the "recently updated" status on Google, would solve the problem. It's a real shame, because the appetizers, burgers, and desserts are delicious, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, however, after giving them several options, I have to say that this lack of communication seems repetitive. I hope this criticism is taken as a constructive opportunity to improve customer service, because the restaurant offers, as mentioned, excellent food and a great atmosphere. I'm confident they'll improve their communication management so I can give it 5 stars (which I think are well-deserved).

28/03/2026: Everything on the menu is very good: large sandwiches, very well filled, succulent, and unique, especially homemade. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is clean, welcoming, and charming. Overall, an experience worth having, in my opinion.
