18/05/2025: My girlfriend gave me this experience for my birthday and it was the first Michelin-starred restaurant we ever ate at.
We did the 7-course experience with matching glasses and it was definitely (!!!) above expectations!
The food was incredibly high quality with top quality ingredients paired perfectly, accompanied by glasses that were always interesting choices that were anything but banal.
The wait staff was super attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable, but at the same time not at all pretentious and available to smile and make a joke.
A wonderful treat. Highly recommended!
PS my girlfriend thinks the rabbit in white wine with hazelnuts is the best dish she has ever eaten in her life (she even mopped up the bread with the bread!!)

29/05/2025: My wife and I were there on our anniversary, a weekday Thursday, everything was really good, excellent service, all the staff were very kind. Well-kept environment, right in the center of Bagno di Romagna. Highly recommended.
23/05/2025: if you are in the Bagno di romagna area you can't help but come and eat at Giovanna's.
Her lasagna, tortelli, tagliatelle, not to mention the roasts. Oh, remember to book, you might be left empty-handed!

07/07/2025: An amazing business lunch, the food is very good, the service is very polite and the atmosphere is pleasant (nice terrace with a view). Excellent quality/price ratio.
06/07/2025: Known through dear friends, I had a wonderful and very positive experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates Romagna cuisine and porcini mushrooms.

08/06/2025: The old rooms that have not been renovated are just barely passable... in ours there was not even a bidet...
Our friends' room (new room) was very nice and comfortable.
For the rest, TOP location👍😊
27/05/2025: I was staying at Euroterme in Bagno di Romagna then in the evening I went out for dinner and went to the Gianni farm where I found friendly, competent staff, quality menu and there is the possibility of sleeping and there is a swimming pool, there is an adventure park, recreational rooms and the farm is located in the middle of the greenery so I would say it is an excellent place both for short stops and for staying for several days

Ristorante - Hotel Il Cacciatore

01/07/2025: An excellent Sunday lunch. The fried porcini mushrooms were fantastic, crunchy and plentiful!
The ravioli were just like grandma's.
The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were worth a second helping.
The rabbit and vegetables were finished even though we were already full, so these were also very good.
The barista was smiling, kind and attentive.
Recommended.
25/06/2025: I spent two days in Acquapartita staying at the Il Cacciatore hotel.
The hotel is in an excellent location with rooms overlooking the lake.
The real strong point is the cuisine. In two days we were lucky enough to try several dishes and they were all excellent. The freshness of the products (porcini mushrooms and truffles in particular) and the friendliness of the staff made the experience incredible.
Also try the pizza which is exquisite.
Highly recommended, I will definitely return
