Pappardelle with venison, raw and with pieces of venison identical to the venison we ordered under the name of "Peposo di cervo" (deer peposo), served with slices of polenta like the ones you usually buy fried in a chip shop, but unfortunately they weren't even heated, so everything was lukewarm and cold, which obviously makes you sick after three forkfuls.
