03/03/2025: Premise: I'm in a group of new mothers who started going to the pastry shop during the pre-natal course, a fixed appointment once a week with substantial meals, so this is a well thought out review. The staff is embarrassing and clearly appears annoyed by our presence, the reference goes in particular to the skinny boy who, in addition to constant exasperated facial expressions, also made unfortunate comments. Today the culmination: When we entered the restaurant, a sales assistant looked at us and commented "them again"... For our part, we have always been careful to reduce the number of strollers to take up less space and we frequent the place at times when it is completely deserted, so there is no justification for these behaviors. I am a bar manager in a pastry shop and I believe that empathy but above all education to do this type of work in contact with the public is essential. A dispassionate piece of advice therefore goes to the staff interested in the review: go and work in the factory.
