06/10/2025: Leaving aside the fact that the pizza arrived after 11 PM, we'd been there since before 9 PM. The guy was incredibly rude, both in his manner and especially in his use of profanity as soon as he turned away and thought he couldn't be heard. I understand that when there's a lot of work, there was stress, but nothing justifies rudeness, especially towards someone who, despite everything, responded politely. I'll add, after the owner's response: I really wish I'd been somewhere else that evening, considering it was my aunt's birthday and we spent it this way. Unfortunately, there's only one "undamaris" in Roccella Jonica, RC. It was August, and the guy who served us was probably in his 20s or 30s. He must have been in the background of a photo of us. If you'd like, I can send you the photo to refresh the memories of the people who work with you. I can sadly see that the boy's rudeness is rooted in a larger problem—the owner's rudeness.
