20/09/2025: I ordered a gourmet octopus sandwich, whose ingredients list included grilled octopus. My sandwich arrived with cold octopus salad inside—the kind you'd find in seafood salad, so to speak. Feeling mocked, I went to the waitress to tell her the grilled octopus hadn't arrived. Then another woman, I assumed the owner, came over and told me they grilled the octopus anyway, but since it wasn't a seafood restaurant, I couldn't expect fresh octopus. I pointed out that I didn't expect fresh octopus, and that it could have been frozen and grilled. I felt doubly mocked because she reiterated that the octopus had been grilled when it had clearly come out of the fridge. Not content, the woman also asked me, in a less than pleasant tone, "So what should I put in the sandwich?" Are you kidding? Not only do you not apologize or admit your grave error, but you also respond rudely and arrogantly? If you don't know/want to handle fish, don't put it on the menu, and you definitely shouldn't contradict a customer who politely pointed something out to you, because you didn't make a good impression. I definitely won't be back.
27/08/2025: Upon entering this pizzeria, I immediately had a pleasant feeling: a very, very clean environment, cared for with the attention and order found in a home. The dining room isn't huge, but it's immaculately kept, with simple furnishings typical of a country pizzeria, understated yet tastefully done. It's not a place that focuses on elaborate details, yet it exudes warmth and care. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice. But the real star is the pizza: a truly amazing dough, light and flavorful. I tried a special pinza, topped with garlic oil and Colonnata lard, and I must say it was extraordinary. A recommended pairing that turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. One detail that really struck me was the open kitchen: impeccable, tidy, and spotless, just like the rest of the place. Not everyone can match that. I was surprised, however, to see the place almost empty on a Friday evening. With prices absolutely in line with the market and such high quality, it makes you think about how often we choose more commercial and less authentic places. Here, however, you immediately sense the expertise of those who have studied and know their craft, as the numerous awards hanging on the walls confirm. In conclusion, a truly worthwhile place: top-notch quality, a welcoming atmosphere, and competent staff. It's definitely worth a try.
