03/03/2024: A pleasant surprise, super kind, polite, friendly and helpful owners. When every detail is taken care of and positive, there is no need to even explain it. We had a great time, from the stay, breakfast and dinner (really excellent restaurant too). We will be back, highly recommended!
11/02/2024: We stayed here as a family with our little daughter.
The hotel is in an excellent position, both for its proximity to the center and to the casino, for those interested.
The rooms are large and quiet, comfortable bed, everything very clean.
The owners are very kind!!! Our little girl was super pampered.
An excellent hotel where you can relax in peace.

11/09/2023: Nothing compared to the previous management. You don't improvise as restaurateurs. Even the prices are too high. Deckchairs and umbrellas for a fee.
10/09/2023: Gita con amici. Passati a prenotare prima di pranzo e tornati alle 12,30, accolti da un signore tra l'arrabbiato e l' infastidito. Accomodati all'esterno ed ordinato 3 insalate, una tagliatella (definita al ragù e funghi, questi ultimi inesistenti), una polenta semplice ed una con salsiccia. Le insalate presentavano alcune foglie marce, la salsiccia navigava in una brodaglia dal sapore di pomodoro, la polenta semplice nella norma. Ordinato il dolce che non è mai arrivato. Il locale risulterebbe chiuso, ma non lo è. Salvo cambio di gestione, è assolutamente da evitare.

30/03/2024: Il ristorante non è più in questo locale. Allo stesso indirizzo, numero di telefono e più o meno con lo stesso nome c'è una gestione più semplice che fa taglieri di affettati e formaggi. Non mi esprimo relativamente alla gestione attuale, il giudizio negativo è dovuto al fatto che... Non c'è più il ristorante!

05/04/2024: on a very rainy evening we found refuge in this place to spend a dinner with friends.
the dishes are typical of the place, I took the Aosta Valley salad and the Aosta Valley steak in addition to a good bottle of local wine, the NUS Aosta Valley red.
we ate well and spent the right amount.
sugari and genepy did the rest :)
02/04/2024: Had lunch on Easter day with a fixed menu, no Aosta Valley dishes, the entire lunch was very disappointing, in addition to finding ourselves in a cold room. To pay 40 euros excluding drinking... and eating badly, it's better to stay at home.

24/12/2023: We made an order of panettone and pandoro last Saturday (16 December) to make sure the shipment would get to Switzerland in time (it was mentioned on the company’s Instagram site that the orders would arrive before Christmas if made before Monday). We received no updates on the shipping so my son sent an e-mail to the company on Wednesday (in English) to ask about the order. I called the shop on Thursday to inquire, neither of the shop assistants spoke English and very minimum level of French. They offered to call me back in the afternoon and we still haven’t got a response. The UPS shipping information got available on Friday evening and it’s due next Friday (29 December). This way of running a company and level of customer service is truly unacceptable. If they promise that the products would reach the customers (especially just on the other side of the Swiss-Italian border) then make sure it really reach the customer otherwise do not offer Christmas shipping. And not answering to customers nor speaking in any languages aside from Italian is ridiculous on the side of a company offering worldwide shipping and online store. We will definitely not buy anything from the company again.
