17/02/2025: Typical mountain environment, together with human and professional warmth. Excellent and very good dishes. Worth a stop.
16/02/2025: Excellent. The dishes offered invite the customer to experiment with particular but absolutely perfect combinations. The environment is nice and welcoming. You don't go to Le Barmé de l'Ours just to eat but to pamper your palate and refine your sense of taste. Compliments to the chef!
