18/09/2023: I love everything about this restaurant! The location ( in a clearing in a forest); the comforting Scandinavian- evoking interior; the welcoming owner; and above all the exceptional food, true to the terroir, and absolutely delicious. We loved it so much, we went back the second night. I wish the owners every success in their aim for a distinctive “ slow food”, “ savour the moment” authentic gastronomic philosophy. I wish I didn’t live in the Southern Hemisphere!
