19/08/2025: I didn't stay at this hotel, but I had a pleasant time there.
It's very welcoming and in a beautiful location, offering excellent local cuisine and friendly, efficient service. I'd just suggest the owners install a fan in the dining room, as it's a real shame to be enjoying excellent food and feeling so hot!
The common areas are very well-kept and attractive, especially the downstairs room, which is very welcoming and overlooks a small garden with a hot tub. Its central location makes it easy to reach the lovely lake and surrounding lawn. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Special thanks to the kind owner and the friendly and professional receptionist Carola.
I will gladly return.

03/08/2025: ....it's open at the end of September, but only until 1 pm.
Warm and welcoming location.
There are no lines like those of August vacationers.
We also enjoyed two excellent coffees.
The house panzerotti, however, were not made that day, so we didn't like them. The same goes for the focaccia...the thick one. The
house torta paesana wasn't any better either.
The lady who served us was kind and friendly, and we wanted to buy more in July 2025. The focaccia this year too...same bad result: dry and not made that day. I hope it's just bad luck.
I recommend checking the freshness of what you buy right away.
The ricotta is among the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend it.
The ice creams are also good, and you can enjoy them on the veranda if you like.
Unfortunately, we didn't like the wait times due to poor coordination of orders between the various departments (bakery counter, cured meats counter, and cheese counter)... it creates long, disorderly lines...
We'll return as soon as possible, building on our previous experience.

12/07/2025: If you're passing through Vollon and want to enjoy excellent artisanal gelato, this is the place to go. Honorable mention goes to the fruit flavors, which are truly delicious. The portions are generous, and eating gelato like this is a real pleasure.
The owner and staff are friendly. Worth a visit.

27/07/2025: Nessuno si ricorderà di questa cena. Pizza assolutamente normale non di estrema qualità, insalatona con acqua dentro della scatoletta di mais (pomodori congelati), torta ai frutti di bosco congelata.

27/08/2025: Nice campground for accessing all of the beautiful hiking trails in Val d'ayas. They have clean bathrooms with hot water, a nice bar with cold draft beer, and friendly service. The tent section is ok but does not have any shade during the day but is close to the river and has a nice view.
27/08/2025: Correct camping, water blocks are clean and fine. Their social place is also correct, they let us to consume our food in their bufe too. Lot of camper car, but they found us a tent place without reservation.

02/07/2025: Siamo andati viati recensioni buone.Abbiamo preso ravioli buoni, stinco buono, spezzatino molto duro e avendolo fatto notare non si sono mostrati dispiaciuti o meno, dolci ok . I prezzi dei piatti non sono esposti.
30/05/2025: Pranzo durante la tappa del giro d'Italia , prenotato e arrivati in anticipo.
Il proprietario Lorenzo disponibile , simpaticissimo e attento , ci ha accolto e suggerito il buon menù.
Antipasto con lardo e moccetta ottimo e poi una quantità enorme di tagliatelle al ragù di cervo.
Tutto ottimo e stra abbondante.
Spero di tornarci.

04/01/2024: Arriviamo alle 17:30 circa in 5 più un bambino per un aperitivo .
Ordiniamo 3 cocktail ( Negroni , gin tonic , e un amaro ) una coca e 2 tisane .
Nonostante lo abbiamo più volte chiesto non viene portato nulla al tavolo per accompagnare il bere , nemmeno una patatina o una nocciolina .
Lo facciamo notare e ci viene risposto che purtroppo la direzione non autorizza il personale a portare nulla insieme alle bevande. Arrivati in cassa nello scontrino oltre alle bevande viene applicato un costo di coperto anche per il bambino che nn ha consumato nulla . A quel punto ci siamo ovviamente arrabbiati e abbiamo chiesto immediatamente la restituzione del costo del coperto applicato . Inutile dire che il servizio si è rivelato di bassissimo livello . Non credo che il ragazzo al bar ne sia responsabile , ma con tutta probabilità la direzione non sa come si gestisce il rapporto con il cliente .
10/12/2023: Siamo stati durante il ponte dell'Immacolata varie volte in questo locale, per cena e per "dopo sci".
Ottime pizze, carne molto buona ma... il must è la cioccolata con panna da prendere dopo le piste. Eccellente, migliore mai bevuta.
Il tutto arricchito dalla simpatia e dalla gentilezza di Francesco, che rende l'atmosfera ancora più piacevole.
Se passi a Brusson, non puoi non fermarti alle Tre Dame!

10/08/2023: Un posto davvero carino, in posizione tranquilla, ma vicinissimo a brusson e Champoluc..
Camere ampie, luminose e pulite con un balconcino adorabile con una splendida vista. Hanno anche camera attrezzata x disabili davvero ampia e comoda...( Mi hanno lasciato a disposizione anche elevatore x andare alle camere senza dover fare scale)
Staff gentilissimo..in particolar modo Tania..che ci ha dato ottimi consigli😊...torneremo sicuramente

Crepes ottime sia salate che dolci, personale simpaticissimo così come il cane Spritz, avevo bimbo di meno di 1 anno e sono sempre stati disponibilissimi e gentilissimi!
