25/04/2025: I bagni più sporchi che ho trovato sulla rete autostradale italiana. Bel primato! Igiene mancante completamente e non per alta affluenza. Sembra che non vengano puliti da anni. Sicuramente in futuro eviterò di fermarmi.

A little about my experience... I forgot my phone in the bathroom and they kept it for me to get... At the second stop Q8, an excellent and friendly employee helped me, called my boss Giove Est. where I forgot my phone and they kept it and I went back to get it... I jumped up and down thanking God 🙌 for putting angels there. Thank you very much to everyone. And to my husband too, who helped me... The man and everyone else were very friendly... So, whoever is passing by the A1 highway and wants to take a break, stop at this place and I guarantee that you will be well taken care of. And at Q8, you will also be well taken care of.

13/05/2025: The parking lot for LKW is big but the shower never works and it seems like they don't care because every time I come here they just smile about it. They say it didn't heat up and after a couple of hours it doesn't work anymore. And in a year they don't even try to change anything. This is the last time I come here. Basically! Where there is a shower I always buy something to thank. And this is a shame for Italy and not the service.

08/05/2025: They have a restaurant, of course it's closed! They are closed in the morning, closed at 16:30, better to close them permanently!
