23/08/2025: They usually say the customer is always right, but for them that's not the case... the waiter soon argued with my husband because he kept saying that we hadn't mentioned the change for the piadina and that's why he didn't want to redo it without the onion and tomato... I was shocked because I also work in a restaurant and if a customer tells me they said something to me, I apologize for what happened and, if necessary, I'll redo the dish... so if that's your policy... you know what I say???? Never again!!!! Bye ciso

We traveled from Germany as a family and discovered this restaurant quite by chance – and what luck! The pizza was incredibly delicious, the dough perfect, the ingredients fresh and prepared with love.
The entire team was warm, attentive, and very hospitable. The ambiance is clean, inviting, and pleasantly quiet – you immediately feel at home.
A special treat: At the end of our meal, we even received homemade baklava on the house – a thoughtful gesture you don't experience everywhere.
Value for money? Absolutely top-notch!
We were thrilled and will definitely be back on our next visit to Milan. A definite recommendation!

The kebab menu is top-notch!! As are the other menus!!
But what makes this place truly special are the people who work there, like Murat! He's always super kind, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel right at home.
Plus, you even have the chance to win a free menu! Like me!! (I've attached a photo.)
I recommend it to everyone! You won't disappoint!

Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The wood-fired pizza was one of the best we’ve ever had. This place is a real hidden gem we were lucky to find. We ended up eating here both days of our stay because it was just that good. The atmosphere feels very authentic and family-run, which made the experience even more special. Don’t miss it!

17/07/2025: Unfortunately, my order arrived 45 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. The driver explained that the delay was due to stopping to refuel the car. While I understand that things can happen, this should be managed before accepting deliveries. When I pointed out that the delay was too long, the guy on the phone showed no understanding at all. Very disappointing service.

By the way, I don't know now, but until recently a delivery man worked there who on Facebook passes himself off as (or is) a legal consultant expert in real estate assets worth millions of euros and CEO of an LLC in Milan.
It's right to stay humble, every now and then.

25/04/2025: Lækker mad til fornuftige priser. Vi spiste alt fra döner kebab, pizza til adana kebab. Det hele smagte himmelsk. Rigtig god service og meget smilende personale.

Adana e şiş kebab eccezionali, sigara börek,cacık, ayran e un bel çay caldo per terminare...siamo tornati credo 4 volte😅

Déjame hablarte de la maravilla culinaria que es el kebab de Blu Istanbul. Desde el primer bocado, te transportas a un reino de sabor que baila en tus papilas gustativas como una sinfonía de deleite.
La carne —oh, la carne— se marina a la perfección, cada pieza tierna y suculenta, rebosante de sabrosa bondad. Las especias están perfectamente equilibradas, añadiendo la cantidad justa de calor sin dominar los sabores naturales. Y el carbón de la parrilla añade ese toque inequívoco de ahumado que eleva este kebab a un estatus legendario.
Pero no se detiene ahí. Las verduras son frescas y crujientes, añadiendo un refrescante crujiente que complementa la riqueza de la carne. Las salsas son una obra de arte, cada una elaborada para mejorar la experiencia general sin robar el espectáculo.
