10/10/2025: The guys are really kind and professional, and the quality is excellent. They're truly worth it. The pizza dough, in particular, is light, and the wood-fired oven makes all the difference.

27/10/2025: Well done Congratulations!! Excellent, welcoming, and very, very clean place. It makes you want to eat again. I go there often and have never been disappointed. The kebab is always good and of excellent quality, the toppings are always fresh. I've also often had the pizza, which is also very tasty, well-topped, and easy to digest. The fries are also excellent, golden brown and clearly made with clean oil. I've been there many times and have never been disappointed. The prices are very fair. And last but not least, all the guys who work there are super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate your requests. Well done, congratulations!! See you soon...Alex

08/10/2025: Been to Mekan Kebap three times and it’s always amazing, Delicious halal Turkish food, full of flavor and freshly made. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. They even serve complimentary sweets every time to us, such a nice touch, Highly recommend this place.

23/08/2025: They usually say the customer is always right, but for them that's not the case... the waiter soon argued with my husband because he kept saying that we hadn't mentioned the change for the piadina and that's why he didn't want to redo it without the onion and tomato... I was shocked because I also work in a restaurant and if a customer tells me they said something to me, I apologize for what happened and, if necessary, I'll redo the dish... so if that's your policy... you know what I say???? Never again!!!! Bye ciso

06/10/2025: The service was decent but the food really not great. We ordered two kebab wraps which lacked flavour and there were quite a lot of flies around the food prep area which was very off putting.

30/09/2025: The food was tasty, although it was only the third time they managed to bring the food warm, twice it was cold as a dog's nose, I had spicy chicken drumsticks with fried potatoes, only the third time they succeeded and the food was edible and compensation in the form of adding fries, otherwise I ate my fill and enjoyed it 😋😋😋

30/08/2025: firstly, these workers are all trained in English and understood me very well enough to place an order, secondly, they have the most delicious kebabs that I have tried in my entire life, thirdly, I am shocked by the portions for 5 euros, we get a huge juicy kebab with fresh tomatoes, onions and potatoes straight from the oven, and also the service is very good

13/09/2025: Ismail is a sure thing. Delicious food. I usually order the chicken kebab, cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The atmosphere is clean, and you can eat inside or outside. Their pita bread is a special mention: my partner and I even buy it in bulk, and it's truly excellent!

26/10/2025: We ordered three kebab wraps, two of which were the same (they were supposed to have cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and yogurt sauce), but instead we received two kebabs with just lettuce and meat, and one with the toppings we chose. The quality of the wrap was absolutely inedible; I have no words to describe it. It was soggy, raw, and not reheated; they wouldn't even feed animals this rubbish. I've been eating kebabs for years, and I've never encountered anything so disgusting. And to complete the picture: a hair stuck in my friend's mouth after taking a bite (circled in the photo). We threw it all away because it was truly inedible. We tried contacting the restaurant, but the number listed didn't exist. In a chat with Deliveroo customer service, I was only offered a temporary credit, but that doesn't seem adequate for such a flawed and hygienic order. In short: the service and quality are far below expectations, especially for a place that's supposed to offer fast and reliable fast food. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy until serious changes are made.

08/10/2025: Kashrut makes a difference, but there were unpleasant feelings there, the seating areas were neglected, the employees' attitude towards guests from Israel was poor, they were impatient as if something was wrong, most of them did not speak English, they probably believe that 'there is no one else besides them'... If they do not improve, they will fail

25/10/2025: Anyone who isn't put off by the charming backyard atmosphere of this pizza and kebab shop will truly experience something truly special here—a culinary/medical adventure of the unforgettable kind. For a spontaneous meal from a nearby location, you'll be punished 24 hours later with biblical proportions... I had the rare experience of the body trying to evacuate itself in record time. My body probably lost more fluids (above and below) than the Adige River in summer! Thanks, never again....
