I was shocked because I also work in a restaurant and if a customer tells me they said something to me, I apologize for what happened and, if necessary, I'll redo the dish... so if that's your policy... you know what I say???? 27/07/2025: A real insider tip in Milan! We traveled from Germany as a family and discovered this restaurant quite by chance – and what luck! The pizza was incredibly delicious, the dough perfect, the ingredients fresh and prepared with love. The entire team was warm, attentive, and very hospitable. The ambiance is clean, inviting, and pleasantly quiet – you immediately feel at home. A special treat: At the end of our meal, we even received homemade baklava on the house – a thoughtful gesture you don't experience everywhere. Value for money? Absolutely top-notch! We were thrilled and will definitely be back on our next visit to Milan. A definite recommendation!

But what makes this place truly special are the people who work there, like Murat! He's always super kind, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Plus, you even have the chance to win a free menu! Like me!! (I've attached a photo.) I recommend it to everyone! You won't disappoint!

13/09/2025: Ismail is a sure thing. Delicious food. I usually order the chicken kebab, cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The atmosphere is clean, and you can eat inside or outside. Their pita bread is a special mention: my partner and I even buy it in bulk, and it's truly excellent!

24/08/2025: The place is a hellish oven, the air conditioning is useless, you sit at the outside tables and swarms of mosquitoes await you, using any mosquito repellent product as a condiment, which is a shame because the food is excellent.

02/09/2025: Awesome experience! The service was impeccable, with staff always polite, smiling and in a good mood. The food was delicious and affordable, while the sweets were truly delicious – definitely worth trying! It was the only shop in town that treated us to a sweet treat, a gesture that made us feel at home. We came from Greece and it is the only place we visited more than three times. I highly recommend it!

08/10/2025: Kashrut makes a difference, but there were unpleasant feelings there, the seating areas were neglected, the employees' attitude towards guests from Israel was poor, they were impatient as if something was wrong, most of them did not speak English, they probably believe that 'there is no one else besides them'... If they do not improve, they will fail
