05/04/2026: Beautiful place where my mother went to eat in 1977 when she got married. The food is divine.... Very friendly staff.... We are really happy we went there.... I recommend it....
04/04/2026: First time in Trentino.
A colleague, and local friend, took us to lunch at this beautiful, characteristic spot in Valsugana.
The entrance speaks for itself... the gnomes are the main feature.
Upon entering, the location presents itself in a very characteristic way, with wooden tables, chairs, and benches (Tyrolean style) with board games available for entertainment between courses or for a pleasant group evening.
For my first course, I wanted to try the tagliatelle with venison rugo sauce, and for my second course, the dish of the day: venison roast beef with polenta (traditional) and mushrooms, and to finish, apple strudel with homemade ice cream.
The special thing that makes this place stand out is that the products are genuine, homemade, and above all local.
I finished lunch with an excellent coffee, a good Trentino amaro, and some complimentary grappa.
10 out of 10!!!
When I return to Trentino, I will definitely already know where to go for food ☺️

28/09/2025: A wonderful experience on a farm nestled in a fairytale setting! Surrounded by nature and peace and quiet, time seemed to stand still. Simple, humble yet refined cuisine, attention to detail, great hospitality, and warmth. A beautiful blend of tradition and modernity. Congratulations!!!

22/07/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato un anniversario in questo posto davvero incantevole, con una vista mozzafiato sulla Valle dei Mocheni. Gli antipasti erano preparati con ottime materie prime e prodotti locali di qualità. I canederli alle rape rosse erano semplicemente deliziosi! Il personale si è dimostrato gentile, accogliente e ben preparato. Un’esperienza che consigliamo caldamente… e che speriamo di ripetere presto!
18/07/2025: Arrivati a Sant'Orsola Terme, qualcuno ci suggerisce un ristorante dove cenare: il Blumen Stube. Pensiamo si tratti del solito posto reclamizzato da persone del luogo e invece, tra incredulità e stupore, ci rendiamo conto di aver prenotato nel miglior ristorante provato fino ad oggi. I canederli di rapa rossa al gorgonzola ci hanno commosso, la carne salada con crauti e fagioli stufati era qualcosa di spettacolare e, per chiudere in bellezza, uno strudel migliore di quello mangiato in Austria. La vacanza era di 4 giorni e per 3 sere abbiamo cenato al Blumen Stube. Non ho parlato del personale di sala solo perché vorrei che li conosceste di persona: il mio consiglio è di provare questa esperienza unica !

20/10/2025: A place not for everyone. Delicious food and conversation with Signora Gemma are two unbeatable experiences. Only those who have been there can understand. The two of us and our dog have been there twice.

29/08/2025: Takeaway pizzeria with a wide selection of rotisserie and pizza slices in various flavors, very friendly and helpful staff, and a very professional pizza chef who delights and meets your needs.
14/08/2025: The pucce are delicious, with a wide variety of dishes at prices I think are fair.
The pizza slices are varied and all delicious.
The staff is friendly and polite.
