21/04/2025: Great restaurant which was one of the only ones open when I visited on the last day of the ski season! The prices are very reasonable, the staff was very friendly and cheerful, I was quickly served, and the atmosphere is nice. The dish I ordered—a specialty of the region—was delicious, especially the sweet mustard.
I therefore highly recommend this establishment!
13/04/2025: During our one week holidays in Madonna we ate here 3 times;) Pizza, burgers and surprisingly even ribs were truly delicious. Simply the best food in Madonna!

31/03/2025: A place that was probably once classy, now I would say that it is elegant but could do with a refresh. The food is quite good, the service in short.. it would have been much better if the waiter had avoided starting with "and what are you, young man, having?" I'm 50 years old... maybe I could have been her father... but I'm not 80 years old and you're making a funny joke... My partner is a teetotaler... and he said, "Doesn't the lady drink wine? Is she pregnant?"... I thought I was joking aside... I don't know... I gave up because ruining the evening for a waiter wasn't the case... All in all the price of the dishes served seemed correct... ok even for the 4.00 euro cover charge per person... but honestly 2.50 for an espresso coffee and 7.00 euros for a glass of Teroldego from the house... or not.
24/03/2025: Pinned on the website. Too bad it didn't say on their website that dogs were prohibited. We found ourselves without a place to eat and returned to the hotel. Bad evening

We stayed at Chalet del Sogno for about a week and couldn't be more satisfied. The structure is a true gem set in the heart of Madonna di Campiglio: elegant, welcoming and with attention to the smallest details.
From the moment we arrived we perceived great attention from everyone: thanks to a professional, helpful and capable staff, always ready to satisfy every need with courtesy and discretion. The atmosphere is relaxing, refined, but never excessively formal: you immediately feel at ease :)
Cleanliness is impeccable, both in the rooms and in the common areas.
The rooms are splendid: spacious, bright, tastefully furnished. The bathrooms deserve a special mention, brand new and equipped with a fantastic shower, perfect after a day in the snow or in the mountains.
Breakfast is of a high standard, with an excellent selection of sweet and savory options, all of great quality. From fresh pastries to fresh eggs, bacon, etc,
The hotel restaurant is also excellent. Careful dishes, refined combinations and quality ingredients mean that it is not necessary to go out and look for alternatives: here you eat very well and the experience is of a high level.
Finally, the SPA, another little pearl of the Chalet. The swimming pool, hydromassage, sauna and biosauna offer moments of authentic relaxation. The massages are truly of a high standard, performed by expert staff and capable of releasing any tension. Super recommended!
In conclusion, the location is also perfect: the cable car to the Spinale is literally a stone's throw away and near the hotel there are all the necessary services as well as several shops.
In summary, the Chalet del Sogno is a structure that fully lives up to the promises of its name: our experience was fantastic and we felt truly pampered!!

February 2025 - Tasting menu rated 5 out of 10, no dish particularly impressed me, in fact some I didn't like at all.
I'm very sorry, I was hoping to be able to relive the same experience.

23/02/2025: Non posso giudicare le camere, perché abbiamo solamente cenato al ristorante. Ambiente senz’altro accogliente, caldo e grazioso all’interno. Si arriva al ristorante tramite il gatto delle nevi (nei mesi invernali), una passeggiata piacevole e singolare! Si arriva al parcheggio Patascoss e da lì il gatto viene a prelevarti. Servizio celere e cordiale, ma nonostante ci avessero chiesto in anticipo eventuali intolleranze/allergie, abbiamo notato incertezza nel proporre delle alternative al pasto previsto. Per carità, il menù era fisso, ma allora non vedo il motivo di informarsi sulle allergie…
Ad ogni modo, va provato e immagino che d’estate sia piacevole!
17/02/2025: Llegamos después de una caminata cuesta arriba a través del bosque y estábamos encantados de encontrar este gran restaurante. Está bien construido y se puede comer fuera o detrás de una pantalla de vidrio que le protege de cualquier viento (también hay un restaurante interior, por supuesto) , ambos con una impresionante vista de los Dolomitas. Comimos muy bien y el personal era todo amable y eficiente. Fue un descanso ideal entre caminatas que recomiendo encarecidamente. Los ravioles de venado eran realmente excelentes.

07/03/2025: Siamo sempre qui ogni anno passiamo da questo rifugio probabilmente è cambiato il personale perché se negli anni precedenti l attenzione per la celiachia c era oggi purtroppo è mancata. Chiediamo se c'è una torta senza glutine alla risposta affermativa andiamo a fare il biglietto alla cassa...torniamo al bancone e vediamo la ragazza che prende la paletta usata per altre torte. La fermiamo dicendo di cambiare paletta e ci risponde che è sciacquata nel bicchiere...a titolo informativo serve il sapone per togliere la contaminazione...la ragazza continua la sua procedura dicendo che allora anche in cucina c è la contaminazione. In questo caso se non c è attenzione va detto che non c è niente per una persona celiaca e nel caso va istruito il nuovo personale

30/03/2025: Unfortunately the sandwiches are really small in size and my Tyrolean had very little garnish, a transparent slice of speck and very little cheese. 8 euros. The first courses were quite normal. let's say that it is only lucky enough to have a strategic position on the edge of the track
21/03/2025: One word to describe this place after three visits at three different times: RUDENESS. The two adults never responded politely to any request. At times they didn't even say hello.
Instead, they were particularly keen to:
- emphasize several times that there is no table service outside (I understood but my question was different);
- huff and puff at my request for an extra dish (maybe we are in wartime);
- clear the table when my little girl was still eating (she is slow but she is 4 years old)...
I have a house next door but maybe it is not in their interest to retain customers.
I gave you three chances, boooh!

23/03/2025: Ho chiesto uno “Sbagliato” come cocktail (base principale CAMPARI, lo sanno anche i muri). La barista mi prepara un cocktail con 2 basi Martini e prosecco. Le chiedo se avesse messo il Campari e mi è stato risposto “sì” e invece le ho detto chiaramente che avevo seguito la preparazione e non lo aveva messo. Mi ha risposto “noi qui sbagliato e negroni li facciamo col Martini”.
Scandalosi.
02/03/2025: In questi contesti mi meraviglio sempre della scortesia o forse meglio dire dell indifferenza dei dipendenti.
Arrivando chiedo alla signora adulta che stava sistemando i tavoli se potevo sedermi rispondendomi con una smorfia labbiale. Me ne sono andata.
Una fuoriclasse dell accoglienza. Complimenti.

21/03/2025: Una sola parola per definire questo posto dopo tre visite in tre momenti differenti: MALEDUCAZIONE. I due signori adulti non hanno mai risposto in modo educato a nessuna richiesta. A momenti nemmeno salutato.
Ci hanno invece tenuto particolarmente a:
- sottolineare più volte che all’esterno non c’è servizio al tavolo (ho capito ma la mia domanda era un’altra);
- sbuffare alla mia richiesta di un piatto in più (forse siamo in tempi di guerra);
- sparecchiare quando ancora la mia bambina mangiava (è lenta ma ha 4 anni)…
Io ho una casa qui di fianco ma forse non è nel loro interesse fidelizzare i clienti.
Tre occasioni vi ho dato, boooh!
05/01/2025: Cena tra amici con bambini mangiato nella voliera,come lo ha definito il signore che ci accolti, con un solo fungo che riscaldava e una temperatura esterna di -7 quindi abbiamo mangiato tutti con la giacca bambini compresi alcuni con la cuffia,il signore che ci ha servito forse anche proprietario ogni volta che doveva prendere l’ordinazione sembrava scocciato… antipasti e secondi da 20€ primi 16€ ma la cosa più inaccettabile è il piatto di pasta/cotoletta del menù bimbi, 20€ per un piatto di pasta al pomodoro o al pesto genovese oppure la cotoletta, ma come si fa????? Per poi mangiare al freddo!!!!
Sicuramente sconsiglio vivamente questo locale non si può definire ristorante, per non parlare della disorganizzazione e della scarsissima simpatia da parte di tutto il personale scortesi e maleducati, incapaci di fare il conto finale insomma una brutta esperienza sicuramente ricorderò questa cena come un disastro totale dall’inizio alla fine!!

Abbiamo provato carbonara, polletto e piatto in condividione.
I dolci artigianali poi sono veramente golosi!
06/03/2025: Ristorante bello e accogliente..quando vado a Campiglio non posso non andare al PICCADILLY..tutto buonissimo e personale gentile e sorridente..Davide in cucina ha una marcia in più e Francesca in sala ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso!

Torte buone ma servizio veramente scadente. Ragazzi siete giovani e dovete tirare fuori le energie!!!!

29/06/2024: Abbiamo raggiunto questo rifugio dopo una bella passeggiata di 2.30 ore partendo dal rifugio Vallesinella. Il ristorante è spartano, self service con menù del giorno. Noi abbiamo scelto la polenta con funghi e formaggi; le porzioni sono super abbondanti, i prezzi onesti. Forse un po’ care le bevande in generale. Sono stati però Super gentili a offrirmi il caffè. Tornerei volentieri.

25/01/2025: Questo è l’unico bar in cui io sia entrata, perché non ho consumato, che interrompe qualunque servizio per 15 minuti a causa delle stoviglie finite, perché sporche. Mai visto!
