02/12/2024: Experience NOT to be repeated. Together with my partner I ordered a ribollita (it takes two days to prepare, it's not called ribollita for nothing) and it was lukewarm and acidic. I have it brought back and after 10 minutes they bring it back telling us that they had made it again... the ribollita? What does it take two days?
We felt cheated... got up... paid for two glasses of wine as an aperitif and the bottle of
red wine we had ordered.
Not even an apology from the owner or chef, if you prefer.
We certainly won't do good publicity.
24/10/2024: Definitely a nice place with quality food.

21/06/2024: Le due signore sono state molto scortesi, pretendevano che rifacessi la fila perché una di loro si era dimenticata di inserire il caffè nello scontrino. Entrambe sbrigative, totalmente non orientate al cliente, a dir poco cafone. Persone che non dovrebbero essere messe a fare lavori a contatto col pubblico. Non torneró mai più in un area di servizio Hermes.
