29/07/2025: A restaurant in the center of Malè, we go there every time we pass by... It's become a regular stop! Excellent traditional cuisine, a lovely and welcoming place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend booking because it fills up quickly. Highly recommended 🩷🩷 P.S.: The onion soup is an art... I love it!!

26/07/2025: Visited on the evening of July 18th. La Vecchia Canonica is located in the town center, in a small square. If there's an event going on—they're quite frequent in the summer—you'll have to park further away because, as happened to us, there's no space. The place is pleasant, recently renovated, carefully lit, and well-furnished. There were four of us, and we dined on the outdoor terrace, which I highly recommend, both for the mountain view and the cool air: there's no air conditioning inside (which it should be, as we're only 700 meters above sea level, and it's decidedly too hot in the summer). The waitresses were very kind and helpful. We ordered four pizzas, two of which were gluten-free, all good, rich, and well-cooked. Specifically, two Vecchia Canonica and two Nostrana, which completely satisfied us. The portion of fries was also good. The gelato was good, the strudel was average, not memorable, and the chocolate cake was quite good. We enjoyed the place and recommend it. I'll definitely be back to try the first and second courses. In my opinion, it has two flaws: 1) the most serious is undoubtedly the excessively slow service (about 40 minutes, for the record, and years ago, a dinner with friends on the evening of August 15th went much, much worse); 2) rather high prices: the four of us spent €82.50, which is not a small amount, but I particularly note that the €3 supplement for the gluten-free pizza is excessive, the 10% cover charge is decidedly excessive (and, incidentally, I'd never seen it anywhere else), and finally, €6-7 for dessert is a lot. In summary: a nice place where you can enjoy spending time and eating well, but it's rather expensive and the service could use some work.

18/07/2025: We reached the mountain hut after a lovely hike. Everything was enchanting, and Rebecca was very kind. We had lunch with rye and leek dumplings with fondue, delicious (compliments to the chef). The ricotta cake was mouth-watering. Thank you 😙

10/08/2025: A good wine bar that also offers vegan appetizers if needed. The service is super fast and friendly. The sandwiches are delicious. Prices are not cheap. The atmosphere is very pleasant, both inside and outside, adjacent to the main square of Malè.

12/07/2025: Every time we're in the Rabbi Valley with our camper, we come here to get wine. They've always given us excellent recommendations.

20/07/2025: A truly wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly, especially the waiters: smiling, polite, and capable of conveying truly positive energy. It's rare to find such a warm welcome! The pizza was spectacular: incredibly tasty, well-topped, and full of flavor. Truly one of the best I've had lately. The dining room also impressed me: attention to detail, well-organized, and with a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell there's passion behind it. I'll definitely be back, because when a place makes you feel good... it deserves the best!

18/07/2025: The restaurant is in a good location, next to the road, but not noisy, nice view. But they don't know how to cook pizza at all! A piece of dried dough with a pathetic seasoning on top. But the prices are like for a quality product. I don't recommend the restaurant - money wasted and a ruined mood
