17/02/2026: The place itself is beautiful. The girls are brilliant. The owner is a slave driver who mistreats and underpays his employees while putting on a good face with the customers. Furthermore, the hygiene is poor: sandwiches are served on cutting boards that are washed with the cloth they use to clean the tables. Chipped plates galore, which is known to encourage the growth of bacteria. The mop they use in the bathroom is also used for the place and, I presume, also in the pastry shop downstairs. The cutlery is always dirty with cheese.

24/02/2026: A very nice restaurant, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. After one pizza, there's no room for dessert.
16/02/2026: Dish of the week: gnocchi stuffed with mushrooms and crispy scallop on a cream of pea soup! Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the house specialties. The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and reflect local tradition, with options such as risotto with pork shank, flavorful polenta, and homemade desserts, as well as a carefully curated wine selection. An excellent choice if you're looking for an authentic gastronomic experience in Val Rendena.

02/08/2025: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tutto molto buono, piatti tipici e prodotti biologici direttamente nell'azienda agricola. Consiglio in particolare la polenta con il manzo e il rotolo di patate con spinaci e ricotta. Il tagliere misto è molto abbondante, noi lo abbiamo condiviso in 5, considerando che le portate principali sono abbastanza ricche
25/07/2025: Nel paesino di Giustino potrete trovare uno dei locali tipici della tradizione trentina: si tratta dell'agritur La Trisa (la 'trisa' è il mestolo in legno utilizzato per mescolare la polenta).Appena entrati verrete accolti da un ambiente rustico e ospitale, dominato dal legno e da decorazioni di montagna: una stube, quadri con scene di vita di valle e soprattutto dei bei campanacci.Vi racconto cosa abbiamo mangiato, per farvi venire un po' d'acquolina: un antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali, accompagnato da sottolio; un tris di primi (canederli, gnocchi agli spinaci e un morbidissimo rotolo alla trentina); salsicce, spezzatino, formaggio fuso, carne salada, accompagnati dal piatto simbolo della casa, la polenta. Per il dessert non abbiamo resistito a provare lo yogurt: il primo da agricoltura biologica in Trentino. Anche la carne proviene da allevamento proprio.

Rifugio Doss del Sabion

17/03/2025: Encima del nuevo elevador de telecabina Doss Sabion para 10 personas, que sería un lugar privilegiado para un restaurante masivo de autoservicio con asientos al aire libre, un buen bar y un restaurante decente en la planta superior. En su lugar, tenemos un pequeño bar con capacidad para 60 personas, café decepcionado y panini (bollos de hamburguesa). No hay wifi, no hay instalaciones esenciales para colgar abrigos, cascos, etc.
La terraza tiene su propio negocio de snack bar, no es bueno cuando está nevando, de lo contrario una cola muy larga. El restaurante elegante está prácticamente vacío y ocupaba gran parte de la superficie del piso.
El baño es digno de mención. Espacio pequeño, incómodo, mal diseño, todo encajado en una pequeña columna central de la estación de elevación. Sin embargo, el área exterior es simplemente un vasto vacío; tanto espacio que no saben para qué usarlo.
22/01/2025: Esta vaca te trata como a una bolsa de basura si no les estás tirando dinero sin sentido, no eres nada para ellos.
Servidores hostiles con cajero aún más hostil.
Los sirvientes solo escuchan lo que quieren escuchar y si no es caro, no va a valer la pena su tiempo. Recibí 1/3 de mi pedido, les pedí que reemplazaran un ingrediente caro por uno barato. Por supuesto, quitaron el caro, pero no me dieron nada en su lugar.
La comida era la misma que la mayoría de los otros lugares por aquí, nada nuevo.
Evitaré este lugar como la plaga en el futuro.
