10/10/2025: I had lunch here in late September and, as the dishes showed, I was truly impressed.
All the dishes were fantastic and delicious, from the presentation to the taste. They featured colors and flavors I'd never experienced before, and are definitely worth trying throughout all four seasons.
The staff was extremely kind and attentive to the guests' needs, placing them at the center of the culinary experience and never making them feel "alone" for a single moment.
An excellent experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
14/09/2025: We visited Maso Burba and chose the tasting menu: truly excellent, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes showcasing the raw ingredients with great creativity. 🍷🍴 The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for a unique dining experience.
The only small points to note: the staff, while friendly, sometimes seemed a bit distracted (we even had water forgotten and even charged twice after requesting it), and the service times between courses were quite long. Personally, I would have preferred slightly larger portions.
That said, the quality of the cuisine remains unquestionable, and overall the experience was very positive. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a thoughtfully curated experience of flavors and a charming location. 🌟

07/09/2025: Magnificent view, warm welcome, and great comfort.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and varied, and you have everything you need to plan your skiing days.
Even with young children who are beginners, your days are easy to organize, as the ski school and ski lifts are right outside the hotel.
We have never been disappointed!

20/07/2025: Ristorante da EVITARE ! Troppi lunghi i tempi di attesa per un primo,personale maleducato,ristorante non attrezzato per supportare un certo numero di persone !
20/07/2025: Cerchiamo di essere costruttivi e non distruttivi. Sai che mezza Napoli è presente in zona, il week end. Prenoto per le 12.30. 4 pax. Per due antipasti (uno era il piatto principale) due secondi ed un primo vediamo i piatti alle 14.10! VERGOGNOSO. Cameriere dolcissime e mortificate.
Cibo nella norma. Non so se torno!

23/08/2025: Really unpleasant food with rubbery polenta and really hard goulash when it should be soft, we spent 100 euros for 6 even though we sent back 3 dishes.
22/08/2025: Quick lunch with my family. In a week in the mountains, we've never eaten so badly. The polenta was rubbery enough to throw against the wall, the goulash was inedible (poor quality meat), and they even managed to ruin a simple tagliatelle with meat sauce. We left almost everything on our plates and didn't even stop for 20 minutes. After reporting the situation to the waitress, we were only given a discount on one dish, and in any case, we spent €100 for six people for nothing.
Never again...I strongly advise against it.

28/09/2024: Quando sono in vacanza da queste parti non perdo l'occasione di visitare questa fantastica pizzeria. Non saprei neanche da dove cominciare...forse dalla location con i gazebo posti a ridosso del fiume oppure dalla disarmante gentilezza del personale che ci lavora. A tutto questo si aggiunge la migliore pizza che abbia mai divorato ed il tagliere di affettati vari che letteralmente si scioglievano in bocca (notare che è una singola porzione e ci abbiamo mangiato in tre). Ottimo il rosso della casa e la loro grappa barricata. Per quanto riguarda il dessert lascio spazio alle foto. Un grazie particolare al gentile signore alla cassa (il titolare presumo) per avermi offerto un calice vino come aperitivo. Consiglio chi legge questo esercizio ed allego foto del menù, dei piatti e dello scontrino. Saluti.
22/09/2024: Posto magnifico ogni volta che andiamo in val di sole con i nostri due golden e' una tappa fissa a cena e a pranzo! Lo staff educati e disponibile anche senza appuntamento! Pizza e antipasti ottimi! Parco fuori vicino al torrente stupendo! Gia ci mancate! Lo consigliamo assolutamente
