Il servizio è eccellente, veloce e la cortesia è di casa.
Cibo eccellente, curato, ricercato e fresco.
Una pausa ore pranzo o cena è d'obbligo se passate da Cles.

27/08/2024: Mia moglie ed io siamo andati per tre volte distinte a pranzo in tale eccellente ristorante/pizzeria nel periodo di ns. vacanza dal 4 al 10 agosto scorsi.
Ogni volta abbiamo scelto dal menù pietanze diverse e ci siamo sempre trovati veramente molto bene su tutto: sia carne, sia pesce e sia pizza.
Già conoscevamo dal passato tale ristorante ed anche in passato ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene, motivo per il quale ci piace ogni volta ritornarci, coome abbiamo fatto anche quest'anno.

01/10/2024: Today Mr. Goio recommended and sold me some Scottish salmon of unparalleled quality. Looking at the retailer's website I read that it is one of the most sought after, good and sustainable salmon in the world. Great knowledge and care of the product on the part of those who sell and satisfaction of those who buy.

19/06/2024: Questo ristorante è stato un ottimo punto di riferimento durante la mia vacanza a Cles. Frequentato soprattutto di sera, ho sempre mangiato benissimo potendo variare tra la cucina italiana e quella indiana. I gestori mi conoscono da diversi anni ed è sempre bello quando mi fanno accoglienza nel loro locale. La qualità del cibo è ottima, idem il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Gentilezza garantita. Locale ampio e sempre pulitissimo con tavoli anche all'aperto. Ci rivediamo presto. Fortemente consigliato!

21/06/2024: Very, very nice staff and a very great atmosphere, but that's about it. Unfortunately the food was, I will say, inexplicable. So my wife's noodle bowl was edible and usual, which is what you would expect. I ordered chicken with curry and, due to a lack of choice, fries. The fries were soft but edible. But the chicken consisted of molded meat in a watery, unbound broth or sauce????, with three slices of bamboo and a few thick pieces of onion. But actually just broth and meat. Everything was very bland and no taste of curry. But I would definitely like to say again that the owners were very nice. A pity....

24/10/2024: one star and a lot, yesterday I bought a piece of strudel, specifically asking that it be fresh. Arrived home after a few hours, opened the vacuum sealed package, surprise...... never eaten such a terrible and old strudel. Now I keep it and when I return to Cles I'll have the person who sold it to me taste it FRESH.
12/10/2024: Rude and unprofessional employee. Never again.

24/06/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale durante una gita di gruppo, dunque non scelto da noi e siamo stati molto soddisfatti soprattutto per le attenzioni del proprietario, che per l'occasione, ci ha preparato un primo non solo nuovo per noi, ma che appartiene ai piatti tipici ormai quasi in disuso: gli gnocchi di patate crude.
Personalmente, ci è sembrato un gesto carinissimo, considerando anche la difficoltà e i tempi di preparazione. E' anche importante sottolineare che il locale è parte di un hotel storico di 125 anni ormai arrivato alla quinta generazione di gestori.
15/04/2024: Soggiornando nell'Hotel "Cles", per cena abbiamo scelto di provare il rist. "Osteria Palanzan" facente parte della medesima struttura. Ambiente gradevole, molto premurosa e cordiale la cameriera. Abbiamo preso un solo antipasto, peraltro abbondante, di salumi e formaggi dell'Anaunia - come secondo : mia moglie ha scelto il Lavarello (discreto) mentre mi sono gustato delle ottime ed abbondanti Costine di maialino. mezzo litro di vino trentino - acqua e una gustosa grappa locale. Prezzo : 60 Euro (corretto)
