The owner of the hotel (receptionist) shouted at me to "get out and close the door from the outside" when we politely discussed with him that it was about 16 degrees in the room and if he would at least give us a second blanket. Interior - 1/5 If I omit the temperature in the rooms at the edge of the hotel, where it is really cold, the interior of the hotel does not look bad at first glance. In the room, however, you will find that you can hear all the sounds from the corridor perfectly in the room and the thin walls will not muffle even all the neighbors. In addition, the bed was cracked, so you won't get much sleep. In addition, the room had mold in the bathroom (like a lot of mold), which the receptionist didn't do anything about, but luckily she removed it a little after an agreement with the cleaner. Wellness - 3/5 The wellness was quite nice, but the hot tub was completely cold. In addition, it has very short opening hours (17:00 - 19:00) and it is necessary to register for it at the reception. When we went to the wellness center at 4:56 p.m., the receptionist became extremely aggressive with us, because we are only booked from 5:00 p.m. Food - 1/5 The food was totally worth the money. The portions were very small, so I never left dinner full. The food wasn't even (mostly) very good. Don't imagine tasty Italian cuisine, but Italy a la the school cafeteria. Dinner starts relatively late: 19:30, but you don't get your first course until 20:00, so if there's no salad, you're sitting there for half an hour completely pointless. As for the breakfast, it was better. There was a larger selection, so everyone will find something. However, there was a recurring problem with eggs, of which there were 6-7 for the entire dining room (I estimate 70-100 people). After these 6 eggs were dismantled, they did not add new ones. Otherwise, the breakfast had a modest selection, but you can eat. Parking - 4/5 The hotel has a fairly nice parking lot right behind the hotel. I took one point out of 4/5 for the mud in the parking lot and the fact that it is on the opposite side of the hotel from the entrance. But these are minor things compared to the above-mentioned problems of the hotel. Location - 5/5 The hotel's strongest point is its location. It is very close to the slopes and in a nice location. The slopes in this area are very nice, and I enjoyed skiing despite the bad weather. Overall, I definitely do not recommend the hotel, but the ski resort was wonderful. If you want to go skiing in this location, then I recommend you choose another accommodation.

12/02/2025: Breakfast opens a little late, at 8. Dinner is sometimes very long, because they wait to serve everyone together, but often people arrive at different times... so the times get longer. Apart from this I find that the kitchen and hotel maintenance have improved a lot in the last year.
