09/02/2026: Dinner for four was truly fantastic! Excellent baked potato cake accompanied by excellent cured meats and cheeses, with a side of beans and cabbage. Impeccable service, and Mrs. Lucia is truly one of a kind.

12/02/2026: The owner is friendly, the rooms are clean and new. There's parking, a play area for adults and children, and a ski boot room. Tip: slightly longer pool opening hours. Good value for money. Five minutes from the slopes.

09/02/2026: Dear readers of this feedback, THB has refunded the €160.00 surcharge for the two rooms following my complaint, which included photos. Nevertheless, every euro we spent there is one too many for this dive with its impossible boss. ``` Would travel with THB again if the hotel offers acceptable service. In a reply to a dissatisfied guest, the manager wrote about a comparison to a Ferrari - this "hotel" and its management are more like a junkyard clunker - see photos from the first week of October 2025. Srefan Danzl, February 9, 2026 We booked two single rooms with a supplement of €20 per person per day. One room had defects but was usable; the second room was a damp, musty closet. The paint was peeling in the corner by the bathroom, hidden by a table about 20-30 cm above the floor. The plaster was damaged, there was mold, etc. Due to moisture, the paint was also peeling on the facade. There was a small window near the ceiling with no view. See photos. The manager was uncompromising when we complained. Unfriendly, an unpleasant fellow, claimed to have no other room available, which isn't true. The building has approximately 40-42 rooms; our group of almost 50 people was alone in the building – mostly in double rooms. Breakfast was so-so, no fruit in a fruit-filled room... Dinner was poor, no salad, only the last meal was good. The whole place was freezing cold because there was no heating, even though the temperature was near zero. The spa area wasn't open, etc.
