27/06/2025: Small and dirty room with tiny bathroom. For work and tourism I have stayed in many 3 and 4 star facilities, so I am not influenced by some inconvenience, I review negatively when something is wrong. But here the mark has been crossed. Upon arrival we found a dirty room with the "residues" of previous customers distributed everywhere. The third bed was actually a camp bed placed at the foot of the double bed which in fact made it difficult even to get in. The only vaguely appreciable things were the dishes, which although simple and served in a sloppy and dated environment, were discreet. For the rest, completely inadequate management, certainly not customer-oriented. Since I have heard widespread complaints from other guests, I imagine that my negative experience was rather shared. A mess.
