22/08/2025: Our stay at the Sterzinger Moos was one of the highlights of our holiday in Vipiteno. A family-run hotel just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the historic center of Vipiteno, Sonja (the owner) is the most welcoming, kind, and friendly person we met on our holiday; we immediately felt at home. The modern room was beautiful, simple yet elegant, with wooden furniture. The wellness area was also excellent, featuring a Finnish sauna, steam bath, Kneipp path, solarium, and even an infrared cabin (never seen before in a hotel). Highly recommended!

19/08/2025: It's always a pleasure to stop here, take over the outdoor seating area, and relax. Very nice and clean rooms. A very extensive and fresh breakfast.

24/08/2025: Not between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., as you can only order from the bistro. Even though we arrived at 2:30 p.m., and by the time we ordered it was already 3 p.m., you could only order from the bistro, and there was nothing for me. I left hungry. The kids' nuggets were also very darkly fried... My husband was lucky; he had pasta, and he enjoyed it.

06/07/2025: This was my second visit to this wonderful hotel and I was thrilled again. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. I would especially like to highlight the caring and attentive staff at dinner – warm, personal, and simply a place to feel good. The wellness area is a real highlight: stylishly designed, very well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a hike or tour. The only downside for me was the significantly increased price. While I had booked through Booking four years ago, this time I booked directly through the hotel – and the stay was over 50% more expensive. I was all the more surprised that the range of services had been reduced compared to back then: The popular lunch snack was canceled, and the sauna infusions, which I remembered fondly, were no longer offered. I think that's a real shame. Nevertheless, the hotel remains a special place for me with lots of charm, a fantastic wellness area, and excellent service – but I hope that they will return to their previous level of service in the future.

05/07/2025: We were absolutely thrilled with the entire hotel: wellness area with saunas, pool, whirlpool, cold tub & relaxation areas, great breakfast and multi-course dinner, beautiful room, very friendly staff.

22/07/2025: My family and I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The location is excellent because it's close to everything—just a few minutes away are Vipiteno, the Monte Cavallo cable car, and more. The cleanliness is excellent, as are the meals, which are truly delicious! For those with children, there's both a lovely outdoor and indoor playground with lots of fun activities. I highly recommend it!

16/08/2025: A refuge at 1900m offering a restaurant, overnight accommodations, and breakfast. Reachable by car via a 20-minute drive through the woods: I recommend a slightly higher-capacity vehicle, as the dirt road is potholed, and I don't recommend driving at night, as it's not lit. Stunning views of the entire valley at sunrise and sunset. Located at the crossroads of several trails on Monte Cavallo, it's an ideal place if you want to spend a couple of days away from the city and enjoy some nature walks. We had a great time: excellent food, with the option of a set menu in the evening for overnight guests, and very friendly and helpful staff. There are some children's games and a volleyball court. Top!

26/07/2025: The food is good to very good, and the service is very friendly. Due to the prices, it's not overcrowded, so there are no tourists.

21/07/2025: Unfortunately, the culinary experience was a disaster. The service was OK. The wine was good, but the main course was a bland fish with no taste and cold broccoli. This was my wife's and she recommended an octopus with carpaccio to me. Disaster. I paid 122 euros for nothing. Total disappointment.

11/06/2025: Locale carino non lontano dal centro di Vipiteno. Hamburger gourmet in listino da provare (vengono preparati tutti in vista, al momento) oltre a verdure sfiziose come i broccoli fritti, che abbiamo provato. Consiglio lo Zoll Steakhouse Burger. Prezzi un po' alti ma sicuramente qualità elevata.

26/04/2025: È sempre un piacere gustarsi uno dei più buoni hamburger mai provati in una location davvero incantevole ed elegante. Nulla è lasciato al caso, grande cura dei dettagli. Panini fanni in casa e carne a km 0 davvero gustosa. Si possono assaporare ogni singolo ingrediente di qualità.

30/05/2025: A beautifully located hotel—great for both passing through and a short trip. The rooms are clean and spacious, the spa is amazing, and the breakfast is perfect! But there's one thing I find outstanding, especially in these times! There was a small discrepancy at check-out that was resolved so perfectly by the manager herself! That was perfect service, and nothing but praise is in order. Thank you.
