24/06/2025: We stopped by chance because we were in Fleres. Great experience so much so that we went back the next evening. Excellent service very kind and helpful staff very good food ok prices. We will be back.

06/07/2025: This was my second visit to this wonderful hotel and I was thrilled again. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. I would especially like to highlight the caring and attentive staff at dinner – warm, personal, and simply a place to feel good. The wellness area is a real highlight: stylishly designed, very well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a hike or tour. The only downside for me was the significantly increased price. While I had booked through Booking four years ago, this time I booked directly through the hotel – and the stay was over 50% more expensive. I was all the more surprised that the range of services had been reduced compared to back then: The popular lunch snack was canceled, and the sauna infusions, which I remembered fondly, were no longer offered. I think that's a real shame. Nevertheless, the hotel remains a special place for me with lots of charm, a fantastic wellness area, and excellent service – but I hope that they will return to their previous level of service in the future.

05/07/2025: We were absolutely thrilled with the entire hotel: wellness area with saunas, pool, whirlpool, cold tub & relaxation areas, great breakfast and multi-course dinner, beautiful room, very friendly staff.

22/06/2025: We can only partially agree with the positive reviews. Very friendly service, the food was freshly prepared, but the burgers weren't the taste we expected. We didn't particularly enjoy them. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant. Therefore, three points overall, which isn't meant negatively; rather, there's room for improvement.

05/07/2025: Do not go here! There was so much oil on the pizza that it almost fell apart from misery. The Aperol Spritz barely had any Aperol in it. The service was unkind and looked at us angrily. Even in the most accessible places, we had to take our plates and drinks ourselves.

08/07/2025: If you are thinking about eating here- trust me, just don’t. My sister ended up having food poisoning and throwing up the whole night. The food was not fresh at all but rather tasted as if it had been heated up after a few days in the microwave with ounces of oil. Overall the worst food experience my family and I had in a long time.

25/06/2025: We booked the vacation apartment separate from the main hotel, so I can't say much about the rooms themselves. The apartment has enough space for a family, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there's parking available. The breakfast at the Schaurhof left nothing to be desired: fresh fruit, regional sausage and cheese, cakes, juices, eggs, and a large selection of bread and rolls. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try dinner, but given the quality of the breakfast, it can only be delicious; we'll definitely try it again on our next vacation.

18/07/2025: Sehr leckeres Essen, extrem gut gemacht, tolle Auswahl, super Zutaten. Man kann gut mehrere Kleinigkeiten geniessen. Ansprechende Weinkarte. Eine Empfehlung für gute, leichte Küche.

24/06/2025: Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal beim Vinzenz zum feinen Wein und wurden wieder zum Essen und Wein sehr gut beraten, wir kommen bald wieder.

12/01/2025: Un po’ fuori da Vipiteno con una bellissima vista sullo stesso. Ambiente caratteristico, fa anche le pizze. Cotoletta veramente grande. La grigliata mista non irresistibile. In tre con due primi, tris di canederli e tagliatelle alla selvaggina, una pizza ai 4 formaggi con verdure, grigliata, cotoletta e due dolci, 93€.
