17/09/2025: Due to the landlady's snippy manner, I can't recommend this restaurant. We considered getting up and leaving for a long time. There won't be a next time. The food was OK, but not outstanding. There are better restaurants nearby for the price.

13/09/2025: We visited in July for an evening without knowing the place. It's a quaint place, and they seated us behind a glass window where we could enjoy a stunning view. We tried several dishes, including the risotto with grey cheese, and I must say they were truly delicious and very carefully presented. We returned before leaving.

08/11/2025: We were completely satisfied! The location was very quiet, ideal for switching off and relaxing. The food was outstanding – true gourmet quality at a high level. One small drawback: the underground parking costs extra. Outdoor parking spaces are available. At this price, it really should be included in the overall package. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation – we'd love to come back!

08/11/2025: We just finished our stay at this wonderful property. What can I say? From the moment you arrive, everything was impeccable, and you feel pampered down to the smallest detail. The staff is competent and kind, never intrusive. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The cuisine is varied and high-quality, with a special mention for the meat. The spa is very large, clean, and has everything you need. In the evening, the cocktails were excellent, and the bartender was knowledgeable. Recommended if you're looking for some relaxation. Thanks for these days.

01/10/2025: Located right at the intersection, next to a supermarket and a parking lot, it's a bit of a disappointment for the ambiance. It's equally frequented by tradespeople, locals, and tourists. Waiting time, if you get a seat: NONE Enjoyment of the food and drinks: EXCELLENT Service: Very friendly and prompt Unfortunately, on our third visit while on vacation, it was closed for a weekend getaway... so there are no pictures of the restaurant.

05/11/2025: We only stayed one night at the Molin over All Saints' Day, but it felt like a mini-vacation. Everything was spotlessly clean, the spa area was beautiful, with plenty of quiet spots and a fantastic outdoor area with a whirlpool, infinity pool, and a natural pond for cooling off after the sauna. The standard room was lovely, with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The gala dinner on Sunday evening was exquisite, the wine selection was superb, and the service was impeccable. A fantastic breakfast perfectly rounded off our short visit. We'll be back!

02/11/2025: A wellness holiday in South Tyrol – simply fantastic! One small note: The bathroom design isn't ideal in all cases, as the glass walls are transparent, meaning there's no privacy when several people are in the room. Aside from that, however, everything was excellent – ​​a highly recommended stay!

07/10/2025: After the early onset of winter in 2024, we unfortunately had to leave after our overnight stay. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful day; perfect food, great drinks, and a real blast with Klara and Siggi. It couldn't be better—but with the bathroom, the two of them really stepped it up a notch. The hut is beautiful, the food is perfect, and Klara and Siggi are simply two warm-hearted Teldra...I'll definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful time.

26/06/2025: During our holiday in Alto Adige, we discovered this restaurant thanks to the advice of our campsite… and it was a truly pleasant surprise! The menu offers refined and well-prepared dishes, with a touch of innovation that never clashes with the flavours of the area. We enjoyed every course, from starters to dessert. A round of applause also for the drinks of the day: excellent and original, recommended with competence and courtesy by the dining room staff, who were always welcoming, attentive and helpful. The environment is modern, with attention to detail and very pleasant, perfect for a relaxing and slightly special dinner. Highly recommended for those looking for something different from the usual refuges, with quality and style!

12/10/2025: Went for lunch, short wait time from order to when food is ready, had a great salad! Also ordered spring roll and mozzarella sticks and they were just okay. Fries are delicious though!

09/07/2025: Booked a room with half board, very good location, quiet room with balcony and view of the alpine meadow. Underground parking space. Small supermarket next door and bus stop nearby. The dinner (4 courses) is fantastically delicious and very creative every day. Barbara and her team are very friendly. We are absolutely thrilled.
