07/12/2024: I was once asked where I have eaten the best so far. There are many places, unfortunately some, that you forget again. But this place, which feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, is definitely one of them. An absolute feast for the eyes, the food is what one would describe as soul-warming, plus a rustic South Tyrolean ambience paired with warmth. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!!

08/01/2025: This was my experience, I hope for them it isn't always like this: The spa looks like a public swimming pool dedicated to summer center activities. There are no controls, the classic rules dedicated to the tranquility and relaxation typical of a spa are NOT RESPECTED: children screaming indecently, diving, floors soaked in splashes, parents who accentuate the problem instead of limiting it.
IF YOU REPORT IT you will be treated badly by your parents and the hotel will take the matter disdainfully without any intention of resolving the problem.
Paid buffet quite good but poorly stocked, perhaps not managed properly: available in the first half hour, after which it is difficult to find any more food.
06/01/2025: Everything impeccable, attention to detail, excellent food of excellent quality. You can perceive the care and attention for nature in every detail of this structure.
I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a way to regenerate body and soul from a mountain holiday.

The landlord and all the employees were very friendly and helpful, and the service, food and accommodation were simply top!

12/08/2024: We arrived with great expectations and were also looking forward to the five stars.
However, this wasn't quite fulfilled for us. When compared to other houses as a comparison, it lags a bit behind.
The wrong dish was served for dinner; unfortunately the correct meal was put together incorrectly.
Unfortunately, the service delivered the order incorrectly the next day.
Unfortunately, plates were always dirty at the buffet, and guests putting them back cannot be ruled out, but it is unlikely. Unfortunately there were a lot of “crumbs” everywhere in the catering area during the afternoon meal.
The staff themselves always try hard - but the implementation is somewhat lacking.
Unfortunately, there are always guests with cell phones in the wellness area - even in the nudist area or sauna. Just doesn't fit.
Animation, bar good.
Rooms are also good, but sometimes that certain something is missing.
For us personally, the price/performance ratio doesn't quite fit.
06/08/2024: My wife and I took a little break here at the beginning of the year and we really recovered very well. The overall concept of the location, facilities, service and wellness offers are absolutely outstanding. We would be happy to come back.

20/08/2024: Last of the 3 mountain huts on the route but first in terms of views and food. I tasted the classic trio of dumplings and I liked them a lot. Having the table near the kitchen I was able to savor the various smells of the preparations which stimulated the appetite. Must try

The Hotel Teinhauswirt is a charming and inviting hotel that impresses with both its first-class service and its cozy atmosphere. Here are my impressions after a stay that offered both relaxation and enjoyment:
Ambiance and location
The hotel is idyllically nestled in a picturesque setting that is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The architecture of the house exudes tradition and warmth, while the lovingly designed interiors offer a harmonious mix of rustic style and modern comfort.
Room
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished. The beds in particular ensure restful nights, and the view from the window is also impressive. One small point of criticism: While the room itself is very comfortable, the bathroom could have used more modern furnishings. Although it was clean, it seemed a bit old and didn't quite meet the standards of the rest of the hotel.
service
The service at the Teinhauswirt leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is always friendly, courteous and at the same time pleasantly reserved. Questions and requests are answered promptly, which makes the stay extremely pleasant.
Culinary
The culinary offerings at the Teinhauswirt are a real highlight. The breakfast buffet impresses with regional and fresh products, and dinner in the hotel's restaurant is a delight for the palate. Particularly noteworthy is the extensive wine list, which also delights connoisseurs.

Friendliness is very important here.
