17/12/2024: Rifugio vicino a Valdaira molto rinomano ma da cui ci aspettavamo parecchio di più, gnocchi appena passabili, così come la milanese. Forse bisogna impegnarsi un pochino di più.

09/09/2024: Su consiglio di un amico sono stato in questo splendido ristorante con una vista fantastica. Pranzo di ottima qualità,lo strudel è uno dei più buoni che io abbia mai assaggiato ,i piatti sono molto abbondanti e il servizio è stato eccellente. Il prezzo lo ritengo giusto per la qualità offerta. Da ritornarci assolutamente.

04/10/2024: Wenn wir durch Olang gegangen sind, haben wir gerne wieder einen Stopp im Cafe Bacher gemacht. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, sehr große Portionen, sehr gute Qualität - für ein Eis gerne ins Bacher. Beim zweiten Besuch mußten wir lediglich den vielen Wespen ausweichen und sind nach Innen gegangen - wäre in diesem Jahr ganz schlimm gewesen, wurde uns mitgeteilt. Auch drinnen sehr gemütlich. Nächstes Jahr sicherlich wieder dorthin.

02/09/2024: Ci hanno consigliato di provare questo posto che credevamo una pasticceria. In realtà le 2 fette di torta ordinate sono risultate alquanto mediocri, identiche a dolci che si acquistano dai rivenditori per alberghi e attività.

15/02/2025: L’ addetto al banco della pasta oggi è stato veramente poco educato. Poiché ho tardato un attimo a leggere le proposte delle varie paste, ha fatto battute fuori luogo e poco gradevoli. Il signore forse ha dimenticato che i clienti, o meglio le persone vanno sempre rispettate, perché altrimenti cambiano ristorante e” lui” perde il lavoro.

24/10/2024: Non merita neanche una stella... Ho visto con i miei occhi sacchetti di patatine fritte appoggiati a terra, e poi con non creanza presi x caricare la friggitrice, la signora dietro al banco che si gratta la testa con i guanti che poi ti serve il cibo, ambiente poco igienico.. x non parlare della poca disponibilità della signora, scortese ed arrogante.. La qualità è scarsa... Sconsigliatissimo!!!

06/09/2025: A very nice hotel, attentive to detail and welcoming. The staff was kind and helpful. The main problem was the food; the buffet almost never featured typical South Tyrolean products; the menu included amatriciana and carbonara, as well as stuffed squid and prawns, which are dishes very distant from local cuisine. Dinner times were flexible (7:00 PM to 8:30 PM), but the buffet was not replenished, so those arriving after 7:15 PM, even though they paid the same as those arriving at 7:00 PM, were not entitled to the same buffet dishes as those arriving at 7:00 PM. The portions were small, and although the menu offered the option of adding a supplement if you particularly liked a dish, when we asked for seconds for three people, we were told that only one out of three people could have seconds. In short, everything was excellent; the only major flaw: the food.
