15/11/2024: I was super satisfied! The best service I have ever experienced. High quality, delicious food (especially the breakfast!) and a beautiful view of the mountains. The wellness offer was very professional and wide-ranging with a focus on detox. The spa manager Milo knows what he is talking about and gave me great advice. Lots of great hiking opportunities for beginners to professionals. The employees take care of every concern, even the boss is always visible and super friendly and helpful. This gives a nice, familiar and cozy feeling. For me an 11 out of 10 and I would love to come back any time! Thank you for the lovely time

16/12/2024: Exceptional hut! The menu is small, but everything is super refined and exquisite as the offering of a mountain hut should be. The beetroot dumplings were the best I've ever eaten, but everything else is worth it too. Courtesy, availability and a well-kept environment do the rest: after a nice walk in the woods or at high altitude (if you take the lifts) it's exactly what you need!

04/12/2024: A welcome surprise to find this restaurant in Sarentino. Booked early we immediately felt at ease. Courtesy and professionalism in service in a modern and functional environment. The menu offers a decent choice. The dishes we tried were excellent in quality and presentation. The choice of wines is also good. We will definitely be back again next year.

01/01/2025: Very nice view, top service. We spent a few lovely days with Markus the innkeeper at the end of December 2024. He looked after us in a very friendly and courteous manner until we left, we didn't miss anything. Thank you very much for that, we would love to come back. Kind regards Olga and Dirk

12/01/2025: Food ok, but this loud music everywhere completely destroys the atmosphere. The hut would easily be big enough that you wouldn't have to feel like you're in a cheap Malle bar in EVERY room! When asked to turn the music down a little in the back room, the cheeky answer was "everyone else likes it." I asked everyone else and no one likes it!

11/01/2025: The schnitzel gave the impression that it came from the freezer, the roasted potatoes were ok but unfortunately cold, and the cannelloni wasn't really that great. Price performance is therefore not good. Service was very nice and generally good, although tables were not cleaned. The hut itself is great - you can work on the food. Ski water with pipe € 5.00 is also a bit expensive… Addition: After being insulted when you express criticism: I worked in the catering industry for over 10 years, including specialist training. Schnitzel has been breaded and eaten many times. Sorry, but that just wasn't good. If not frozen, it's still not a good schnitzel - the breading isn't crispy and the meat is dry. The potatoes were cold. The salad and the Herrengröstl were good. We've been to you several times and would love to come back - that's why I'm doing the work and writing this here - not to complain but to give you our/my opinion. No offense! ✌🏽

07/01/2025: Our stay was 4 days, and we want to recommend this wonderful hotel to many other people. Excellent cuisine, friendly service/staff attentive to every request. The wellness area is magnified with a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and soft drinks area. We will definitely be back, thank you for this relaxing stay!
