24/08/2025: The staff is super friendly and very committed to their guests' interests. They are happy to offer tips for excursions and the surrounding area. You feel wonderfully looked after and very comfortable. Allergies and intolerances are immediately taken into account and communicated so that everyone on the staff is aware of them. Our room was beautifully decorated with lots of wood, making it very cozy. It offers everything you need. There is plenty of storage space and a large terrace. The hotel's location near the forest and the entire outdoor spa area are wonderful places to relax and unwind.

27/02/2025: Vale la pena certamente di raggiungere Sarentino perchè Braunwirt merita una visita. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione di 4 portate a scelta dello chef già riportate nel menù, per le quali comunque viene chiesto se vi siano alimenti non graditi, così da evitare brutte sorprese. Partiti con vari pani di loro produzione, in accoppiamento a 3 tipologie di burro squisiti, a seguire le quattro portate comprendenti un tartare indimenticabile, piatti squisiti, complessi, esteticamente perfetti. Carta dei vini non particolarmente estesa, ma ricercata comprendente anche proposte, insolite, del territorio (vignaioli indipendenti). Servizio ottimo, conto nella norma considerando la qualità complessiva. Unica piccola pecca il locale, in effetti non di mio particolare gradimento per la vicinanza dei tavoli e le sedute, così da sentirsi più a Milano che non in Alto Adige, ma è un dettaglio.
23/02/2025: Che dire un esperienza davvero interessante, capitati per caso, abbiamo pranzato per la prima volta un sabato di dicembre, ci siamo tornati per due domeniche di febbraio consecutive con degli amici. Il cibo, e l'accoglienza tutto davvero ottimo.
Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, a presto.

17/08/2025: I visited in the summer while hiking.
I had the first and second courses of the day (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and steak with vegetables, arugula, and mushrooms) and they were very good.
I sat outside and enjoyed a wonderful view.
There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing.
I also took a look inside and it was very well kept.
31/07/2025: A superb, modern mountain hut with comfortable rooms and excellent food. Easily accessible via cable car/gondola. The view is breathtaking. A view of the Dolomites is also possible when the weather is right. The host served and cooked for us as a hiking group alone. Excellent service and the absolutely best food we enjoyed during our eight-day hike. We'd love to come back. Thank you so much for everything.

06/09/2025: A wonderful experience at the Seeb Alm with a group of friends. Friendly service and excellent food: I had the dumplings and cabbage salad, which were truly delicious. The only thing that could be improved: they gave you paper towels instead of napkins. Otherwise, highly recommended!

19/08/2025: A very charming restaurant, located right in the center of Sarentino in an old house. In the summer, it also offers a large outdoor area. It offers traditional local dishes, as well as international cuisine and pizza, in a comfortable and intimate setting. Service is prompt, and the staff is friendly. Prices are average.
18/08/2025: I drank a (bad) coffee, paying, at the counter, the same price as for service. Moral of the story: the most expensive coffee in Italy, in a normal village bar.
Not even in the most remote mountain huts, where they deliver water and food by helicopter, have I ever paid €2 for a coffee or €2.20 for a decaf!
Furthermore, the order for two (not twenty) coffees wasn't correct either.
NEVER AGAIN.

28/07/2025: I consider my stay a negative one because two rings and a gold bracelet were stolen from my locked room while I was in the pool (SPA); the gold items were on the nightstands.
Upon returning to the room, I noticed that the room had been cleaned.
When we realized they were missing, I notified the facility (Nicole), who, however, said she would check and let me know.
Since I didn't receive a resolution to the problem, I was forced to report the incident to the Carabinieri.
I would like to point out that, in addition to the significant financial loss, there is also emotional damage: they stole my wedding ring, a ring given to me by my father, and my wife, a gold bracelet, a memento of her mother.
I regretfully can say that I felt a lack of interest in the incident and no communication from the facility.
I hope there will be more oversight in the future to prevent similar incidents.
19/06/2025: I had the pleasure of having dinner with my wife at the hotel restaurant. I must say that the local dishes we ordered were delicious. The service was very nice.

19/07/2025: We visited the restaurant twice and enjoyed decent local dishes at the usual prices. The portions are also reasonable. Reservations are highly recommended, as the majority of the guests are the pensioners. The staff is friendly, and the schnapps tastes excellent.
17/07/2025: We stayed at this property for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The rooms are beautiful with a nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again.

01/02/2025: Lo Chef, che ho molto apprezzato, presente sia in cucina che ai tavoli comunica con passione, studio ed impegno piatti innovativi del territorio, perfettamente equilibrati ed elaborati, con la consapevolezza di ciò che cucina.
Gli occhi mangiano prima ma è nella bocca che il gusto vince.
Fantastica esperienza culinaria, imperdibile per gli amanti della cucina di alto livello.

16/04/2025: Locale Loaker ubicato in una delle piazze principali del centro cittadino di Bolzano. Locale accogliente e buon servizio. Annesso negozio dedicato ai prodotti della casa. Potrebbe essere più “caldo” ma nell’insieme una buona tappa golosa

26/07/2025: Ci veniamo da anni per una settimana. Qualità prezzo sono ottimi. Le stanze nuove alcune con bidet che in Alto Adige difficili da trovare. Colazione con frutta e macedonia in abbondanza. Ottima cucina per un hotel a due stelle . Posizione incantevole.. serata con grigliata e dolci spettacolare Ci tornerei sempre

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento,camere spaziose, luminose e silenziose.
Punto di partenza per giro del lago o salire su sentieri più o meno difficoltosi.
Da ritornare per rilassarsi.

La cameriera mi aveva detto che a pranzo c'era solo menù per operai e che se cercavo un ristorante dovevo rivolgermi altrove che è come dire che me la stavo cercando.Spero però che gli operai che pranzano li non abbiano lo stesso trattamento.
Almeno noi possiamo non tornare più.
Peccato bastava poco....non avevamo grosse pretese......sorvolo sul servizio, sembra l'atteggiamento svaccato di chi stà chiudendo l'attività...FATE VOBIS

18/02/2024: We stopped here for lunch during our ski trip. Firstly it’s convenient to have a nice restaurant on top of the mountain once you have already taken the ski lift up anyway, secondly the views from the deck are excellent and thirdly they serve nice meals (including kids meals) at a good price.
