22/11/2024: Very special, individually and lovingly managed gourmet hotel. A must for every foodie outside of the mainstream star eating. Book La Fuga with Mattia Baroni and enjoy the house bottling in a double liter bottle, unfiltered and spontaneously fermented 💫
15/11/2024: I was super satisfied! The best service I have ever experienced. High quality, delicious food (especially the breakfast!) and a beautiful view of the mountains. The wellness offer was very professional and wide-ranging with a focus on detox. The spa manager Milo knows what he is talking about and gave me great advice. Lots of great hiking opportunities for beginners to professionals. The employees take care of every concern, even the boss is always visible and super friendly and helpful. This gives a nice, familiar and cozy feeling.
For me an 11 out of 10 and I would love to come back any time! Thank you for the lovely time

04/12/2024: A welcome surprise to find this restaurant in Sarentino. Booked early we immediately felt at ease. Courtesy and professionalism in service in a modern and functional environment.
The menu offers a decent choice. The dishes we tried were excellent in quality and presentation.
The choice of wines is also good.
We will definitely be back again next year.

Nice and easy hike to Seebalm and on the way back we walked around Lake Durnholz!

06/09/2024: Very beautifully located Alm that serves delicious, homemade food with friendly service. There is a nice playground for children.
A beautiful, easy-to-do hike leads from Durnholzer See to Seeb-Alm on relatively steep forest paths in just over an hour.

03/02/2025: Hotel that stands out for its excellent wellness area with sauna and Turkish bath. The herbal teas offered are excellent. The swimming pool is beautiful. The sore points concern the rooms and bathrooms which are dated and not in line with the rest of the structure.
Breakfast and dinner are good with quality dishes. Friendly but not very professional service. Friendliness of the staff, not so much of the managers.

Helpful and friendly staff on arrival.
Room a little old, bathroom too (and without bidet which is essential for us Italians). But all in all still passable.
For the restaurant area, everything is quite new with a good view of the valley. Good typical food, the only flaw is not describing the dishes on the menu well (my girlfriend doesn't eat cheese).
For breakfast, good quality but poor quantity (if the first ones have good manners, the last ones will have hope).
Overall, service is good.
The icing on the cake is the pool/sauna/relaxation area. Small area, but everything quite new and well-kept. Compliments!

For the price paid and for it being the 4th of August (€85 each per night) we are there in my opinion.

Unfortunately the onion roast was not good.
The meat was very thin and very fatty and the sauce was too watery

Consigliato.
27/11/2023: Ci siamo recati in questo posto durante la visita ai mercatini di natale. Attirati dal nome e dalla curiosità, abbiamo trovato molte cose che dalle nostre parti non ci sono. I prezzi non sono alla portata di tutte le tasche, però ne vale la pena.

01/02/2025: Lo Chef, che ho molto apprezzato, presente sia in cucina che ai tavoli comunica con passione, studio ed impegno piatti innovativi del territorio, perfettamente equilibrati ed elaborati, con la consapevolezza di ciò che cucina.
Gli occhi mangiano prima ma è nella bocca che il gusto vince.
Fantastica esperienza culinaria, imperdibile per gli amanti della cucina di alto livello.

07/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel nel mese di luglio e a settembre 2024. Località bellissima, il lago magnifico con possibilità di passeggiate nella natura, camere curate, ottima cucina e colazione con ricca scelta.
29/12/2024: C'è un numero perfetto di proposte, alcune sovrapprezzate. Ho provato la pasta alla pastora, bella cremosa e bella pesante come deve essere (la porzione piccola saranno stati 100g buoni), ma un po' avanti di cottura. Lo strudel ci stava, ma mi è capitato il fondo e non c'era una gran quantità di mele, meglio il gelato coi lamponi caldi. Il personale sinceramente non mi è sembrato molto accogliente, tra risposte date in modo schietto e servizio grossolano, ma nel complesso bella esperienza.
