02/01/2025: Our favourite winter and late fall campsite in Tirol. Gateway to trials, cross- country skiing, close to Kronplatz. Love the family friendly atmosphere and super clean facilities. Simply great place! Very friendly and welcoming owners.

01/01/2025: A really very nice campsite. This is a real family business and everyone is very, very accommodating. The service is first class (if you run out of gas, new gas is delivered to your site immediately; if you get stuck in the snow, you are pulled out...) The washhouses are new and really well thought out. The location to Kronplatz or the biathlon center (each accessible by bus) is ideal. The restaurant/pizzeria is affordable and of good quality.

21/10/2024: The Hochrautalm in Rasun is an absolute jewel in the South Tyrolean Alps. The hike there leads through beautiful nature, past green meadows and forests - ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains. Once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view that will take your breath away. The Alm itself offers an authentic, cozy atmosphere that immediately invites you to linger. The regional cuisine is a particular highlight: fresh, homemade dishes that are prepared with a lot of love. The Kaiserschmarrn and dumplings are a must! The hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel completely comfortable. Anyone looking for a place to relax, enjoy and experience nature will love the Hochrautalm. Absolutely recommended for hikers and connoisseurs alike!

06/01/2025: Truly beautiful hotel in a strategic position to visit the entire Pusteria valley and neighboring valleys. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing and the bistro is of an exceptional standard. Ate very well.

03/01/2025: My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights as part of our honeymoon travels. We could not recommend this hotel enough! First, Carmen, one of the owners and our host, is just lovely. She really made us feel taken care of. It felt as if we were staying at a relatives house in a way because she was so attentive to us and eager to please. She goes above and beyond and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Second, the hotel itself is beautiful and rich with history. The different rooms are fun to explore and the room we stayed in was clean and had all the modern amenities you could want. Third, the area the hotel is in, while rural, has tons of options for those who enjoy hiking, natural lakes, or want to look for activities to do such as archery, zip lining, etc. The hotel itself offers some really interesting courses throughout the year such as book binding or cooking. The hotel itself has a lovely little bar if you want to get a cocktail before going out or before bed. Finally, one of my favorite parts of staying here was the food. All of the food we had was local, fresh, and delicious. The breakfast we had here was some of the best breakfast we ever had. If you like local meats or cheeses, this place is for you. The local apple juice we had was the best apple juice we ever had and I don’t even like apple juice! Overall, I could not recommend this hotel enough for anyone who enjoys history, or wants a wonderful vacation experience.

10/10/2024: Magnificent experience! We had dinner here on the last evening of our holiday in Val Pusteria. Very nice and typical room of South Tyrol, the quality of the food is excellent and the dishes are plentiful. I highly recommend the cheese dumplings, truly excellent! We will definitely be back

04/09/2024: Nice place, worth trying at least once if you are in the area. Excellent food, hospitality and availability. We recommend it, even for those of us with children.

26/09/2024: Toller Service bei original Südtiroler Küche. Terrasse mit super Aussicht. Drinnen old fashioned typisch. Schlutzkrapfen, Ravioli und Kuchen genial lecker. Lohnt sich.

08/01/2025: Modern bakery with a very extensive range. The bread tastes wonderful! You can eat sandwiches on site. It is very cozy and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately the staff is not that friendly.

04/12/2024: We stayed for the opening weekend of the Plan facilities on November 30th. We had a great time and the family that runs the property is very helpful and attentive to the guests' needs. Well done, sehr gut!
