13/10/2024: I was greeted in a rude and rude way, together with my colleagues we were attacked and accused of I don't know what fault, just because on other occasions they preferred to go and eat elsewhere, where they could also consume pizza or other things in a quicker time. . For me it was the first time I went to that place! And alas it will also be the last! The question arises spontaneously; will we be free, as customers, to choose where to go or should we feel guilty about it? What about food? Overcooked pasta, loose sauce and ridiculous portions for the first course, for the second course two minimal scraps of turkey badly slammed first on the griddle and then on the plate accompanied by frozen and fried chips. If you don't love your job, change it, if you hate workers, say so and invite us to go elsewhere, assuming that I am! Also because there is nothing to be ashamed of, given that elsewhere there are places that have made their fortune on the meals served to the workers! Nobody forces you to open the doors to the public, also because I didn't have any demands after a certain type of aggressive welcome from the owner, limiting myself to telling him to bring me what they had on the menu, that is, a single proposal for a first course and the same for the second. The expense of all this? Not bad for €16!!!! I'm not short of €16, but I feel like I've just thrown these away! Obviously I didn't reveal myself or introduce myself as Meister Koch or president of the Regional Chefs Union of Trentino Alto Adige, so as not to have preferential treatment, but never in my life have I been treated so badly! To be ashamed, I hope that Karma returns to him what he put me through in those 40 minutes of lunch break that I had available. I have no words to express my total disappointment!
