10/02/2024: Stay over the New Year period as a couple. We had a great time, the room was very spacious and clean.
We took the half board formula, super abundant breakfast and dinner, with home cooking!
The owner is very kind and welcoming, the same goes for the staff!
I highly recommend it for a holiday in the mountains, thanks also to its convenient location: in 10 minutes on foot you reach the station where you can easily travel by train, also thanks to the holiday pass.

05/08/2024: We had a very nice stay. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The public areas and the wellness area have been renovated to a very nice and high quality. The rooms are a bit old, but still very well maintained and spacious. The lake view rooms have a wonderful view. You hardly notice the street above the hotel here. It's a very quiet hotel.
The food is very good and plentiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I deduct one star for the towels. The towels are very thin, small and rather hard. I would have liked towels in the wellness area. You could only get fresh towels and bathrobes at the reception for a fee. I would still recommend the hotel. I think it's a very good price-performance ratio. Thank you very much and good luck ;)

04/09/2024: Piacevolmente colpita da questo bel locale nel centro di Monguelfo. Personale cortese, cibo buono, servizio veloce e attento, prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo.
01/09/2024: Leider konnten wir die Qualität des gastronomischen Angebots nicht wirklich testen, weil schon die Begrüßung durch den Chef unterirdisch ausgefallen ist. Mittags wollten wir im Aussenbereich einen Tisch für zwei Personen haben. Barsch wurde uns ein eingedeckter Tisch zugewiesen, der leider in der Sonne lag. Zweiter Versuch, denn es waren genug Tische außen im Schatten - wenn auch nicht eingedeckt: „Wir würden gerne im Schatten sitzen, wäre das möglich?“ Antwort: „Nein, ich habe später noch eine Gruppe und außerdem ist es eh egal“.
Er meinte vermutlich, er sei schon so reich und wichtig, dass er auf uns zwei Gäste locker verzichten kann.

03/08/2024: la pizza è buona, il posto accogliente, il servizio ottimo, cosí come i prezzi nonostante la zona non sia a buon mercato.
15/05/2024: Große Auswahl an leckeren Pizzen mit unterschiedlichen Teigvarianten. Sehr nette persönliche Bedienungen. Wir waren zweimal zu zweit bei Gabi und jeweils sehr zufrieden.

08/01/2024: bella location, curata nei minimi particolari. Il servizio è attento e veloce. La cucina è quella tradizionale con qualche piccola è interessante novità culinaria. Il costo è nella media. ottimo lo strudel, tutto fresco e molto buono.
