23/10/2025: We spent four wonderful days here with friends, and we truly didn't lack for anything. Warmth and service are truly lived here! The breakfast is excellent, all regional and delicious. Dinner was always something special. All requests were met with kindness. The rooms are very tastefully furnished; we had a view of the mountains from our bed. The sauna is new and spacious, and the relaxation room is cozy and also offers a mountain view. A family-run gem at 1,700 meters of absolute tranquility. We will definitely be back! 19/09/2025: A great place to stop for a bite to eat in Schlinig! (Not only the alpine pasture is recommended...) Must-try: farmer's toast (Vinschgerl panini topped with bacon, onions, tomatoes, and cheese) as well as the lovely selection of homemade cakes, tarts, and South Tyrolean apple strudel. Cozy terrace and lovely dining room.

The price-performance ratio is excellent, especially considering the generally high prices in South Tyrol. We will definitely return. The dishes are deliciously prepared, and the quality is truly impressive.

15/10/2025: We always enjoy visiting this bistro. It has a simple interior, there are outdoor tables, and the food is fresh, down-to-earth, and sometimes sophisticated, using good ingredients. Therefore, you may have to wait a bit longer. There are daily specials on a blackboard, and many locals come here. We'd be happy to return.

At reception, every request was met with a smile, and they were always helpful and professional. The food is a real highlight: high-quality, regional, organic, and prepared with great care. The taste is simply superb! The service in the restaurant is attentive, friendly, and very courteous without being intrusive. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, and tastefully furnished – a perfect oasis of well-being with meticulous attention to detail. The entire hotel complex is also very well-maintained and exudes tranquility and quality. The overall concept is particularly impressive: sustainability, warmth, and first-class service are consistently reflected throughout the entire hotel. In short: Top-notch from start to finish! We will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Bio Hotel Panorama. ❤️

25/08/2025: I found it good for a quick pizza, but it had a few downsides that I must admit were quite annoying. We're in Italy, and I think all the staff should be able to speak at least some Italian. Also, we asked for a jug of water (€2.50) and were brought a bottle of water (€6.50), which was opened and poured without giving us time to point it out. It's not €4 that weighs heavily, but the feeling of being ripped off put a damper on the evening. See a tourist and rip him off? Not a very good policy.
