21/11/2025: This beautiful and hospitable hotel in Muels is always a sure thing. Our room was the Unicorn, with three separate and comfortable spaces. In the afternoon, the hotel offers a relaxing break in the various lounges on the ground floor. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, full spa, and professional massages. Dinner in the traditional stube is a must. Excellent breakfast. Truly everything you could ask for.

19/11/2025: A very nice and clean room with everything you need. (Plenty of towels, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo... Tea and a kettle are also provided.) The spa area is very clean and offers plenty of space to relax. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay at your romantic hotel. The Kravanja Family

02/10/2025: I just arrived, but I'm leaving the 5 stars straight away, even though I still have to have breakfast tomorrow. 😅 The property is truly splendid in every way (from the exterior to the lobby, to the lounges with sofas, to the rooms with fantastic bathrooms, etc.), and the staff is super welcoming. They even left deluxe bowls for my dogs in my room. 🤣🤣🤣 I was able to have coffee at the bar in the afternoon, along with an excellent Sacher torte and even freshly whipped cream made with milk from the Vipiteno dairy (and it was really good 😁). I also found the prices to be affordable. In short, it makes you want to extend your stay when, unfortunately, you're just passing through and so many other places should just follow this example... I will 100% return! 😎❤️ Edit: 18-star breakfast 😁

01/10/2025: Highly recommended! The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast 10/10. It's hard to improve on this! Coffee, pastries, omelettes, fresh fruit all excellent quality☺️Also the staff is very friendly.

04/05/2025: Found by chance bypassing the Brenner traffic jam. We actually just wanted to have a drink... but when we saw the mighty burger we couldn't resist... and honestly... that was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Bread fluffy and crispy, not like the dry ones you usually get served....a decent 3cm beef patty with a great grilled taste, bacon, crispy salad and a fantastic dressing. ...from 9 euros....plus cheese 10....to 14.....and they're so big, you don't need fries with them.... I went straight to the kitchen and complimented the chef. The waitresses are also very on the ball. We'd love to come back on our next trip to Lake Garda...even if there's no traffic jam...more scenery...less metal around the eyes. Continued success
