19/12/2023: A place a little outside the centres, and therefore very quiet. The service was quick and courteous. We made the classic "PIZZATA" as a family, to everyone's satisfaction. There is a decent amount of parking, which never hurts.

22/11/2023: Large country inn in a sublime location with wonderful panoramic views, in the middle of vineyards and in a network of hiking trails, including the panoramic historic Eppan Castle Trail. Unfortunately currently closed due to long winter rest.

25/10/2023: Seit vielen Jahren mein absolutes Lieblingshotel. Herrliche, ruhige Lage zwischen Weingärten und Apfelplantagen. Bozen vor der Haustür. Gemütlich, kein großer Hotelkasten, mit erlesenem Geschmack innen und im Außenbereich gestaltet, alles immer blitzsauber, schönes Hallenbad, 3 verschiedene kleine Saunen, schön gestalteter neuer Schwimmteich, einladender großer Garten. Hervorragendes Essen, freundliches Service, überaus nette Betreuung durch die Eigentümerfamilie
16/10/2023: Ein wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Hotel, nahe Bozen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Dellago und den Mitarbeitern empfangen.
Das Essen ist GENIAL***, und wird mit viel Liebe zubereitet und serviert. Der Service absolut perfekt!!! Danke an Laszlo und das gesamte Service-Team:-)))
Sauna, Hallenbad und Pool haben wir nicht genutzt.
Dafür immer sehr gerne den Wein auf der schönen Terrasse genossen.
Einen mini Abzug gibt es für das Bad. Die Duschkabine sollte bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war unser DZ einwandfrei.
Ein sehr schönes familiäres Hotel zum rundum Wohlfühlen, mit vielen Stammgästen und großem Vertrauen. Sehr, sehr gerne bald wieder!

06/11/2023: Ambiente ist sehr schön und gepflegt, Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam,. Essen war superlecker. Wir hatten Gnocchi mit Hirschragout und Fleischkräpfeln...war beides wirklich klasse. Beim nächsten Mal wollen wir Pizza probieren, die haben nämlich auch sehr lecker ausgesehen.

03/12/2023: It’s an excellent restaurant, with good service and a very interesting menu and a long wine list. The portions are large enough. They make their own bread in different kinds and all very good. We had an amuse bouche , then we shared pear ravioli (four big dumplings each). As a main we had a fantastic deer with a super sauce and roasted mutton that was a little tough. The chestnut soufflé was rather dry but it got much better with its cranberry sauce and quince jam. The price is what you expect for this type of restaurant.

10/03/2024: Attention!!! it's a pleasant leap into the past. I don't really know how to define it so I'll call it a "trattoria". Splendid in its architecture, outside this white building with blue shutters, a fairly large car park lined up in front of a garden where there are tables, chairs and loungers for the sun and to fully enjoy this enchanting place all in the company of chickens and geese and the view of the vineyard that is everywhere. Inside is the best, a dive into the past. Everything there, furniture, chairs, table, in short everything has lived an eternity, it is not cared for at all but it is precisely there that the beauty is precisely there that is history. The food... typically homemade and local as it should be, top wine, excellent eggs like the rest of the menu.
Advice: I really liked it and would go again but... before entering, let's get rid of the stink under our noses, especially if you come from the cities and think about it..... who really lives well here? or them? .......They!!!!
Have a good trip.
06/02/2024: 4 of us stopped for lunch after a bike ride. Menu as characteristic as the location, all very good and plentiful. We will be back.

26/09/2023: Se vuoi godere di una vista mozzafiato devi affacciarti alle finestre della sala del Gasthof Lipp e lasciarti incantare dal paesaggio.
Poi, se vuoi gustare della cucina tradizionale, basta unicamente ordinare ed in pochi minuti si è serviti. Personale gentile e sorridente, porzioni abbondanti e saporite, buona pulizia.
Esperienza da ripetere certamente
10/09/2023: Grazie a Tripadvisor, abbiamo scoperto questo bellissimo ristorante, abbiamo mangiato canederli in brodo, gulasch, e cotoletta con patate saltate, e per non farci mancare nulla, un assaggio di torta di grano saraceno, il tutto accompagnato da una Vernaccia della cantina S. Paolo. Che dire è stato un pranzo delizioso, ci vedremo presto, grazie per l'accoglienza e la gentilezza. Raffaella

13/10/2023: A quiet pizzeria in Appiano, we tried both the menu pizzas and the "seasonal" ones and were satisfied. Good ingredients and excellent cooking. Nice, spacious place with the possibility of eating outside.
