25/12/2025: Slow service for Christmas 2025 after the appetizer maybe they forgot but the first one I had to ask what had happened, then they brought me some mini overcooked linguine passed off on the menu as tagliatelle, after that I got up and left I'm sorry but it will be hard for me to go back it's not for me

01/10/2025: We got two pizzas here and ate them right on the lovely square in front. It was super quick, the pizzas were delicious, and they also serve cold drinks at reasonable prices. Perfect for a quick, delicious dinner.

03/09/2025: Like the madeleine for Marcel Proust, Govi's gelato reminds me of my childhood in San Vincenzo. It's the best gelato in all of Tuscany, and Mr. Govi is a highly qualified and distinguished man.

11/08/2025: For years, whenever we're in the area, we've been driving to Campglia specifically for Chiara's ice cream. In fact, I can't think of any better ice cream! One of the rare features—besides the unusual and perfect ice cream combinations—is the judicious use of sweetness. Nothing is masked, but sweetened just enough to highlight the variety of flavors and allow them to unfold.
In any larger city, this little ice cream shop would be a crowded and barely affordable place for gourmets.
We sincerely hope that Chiara's gem in Campiglia Marittima can maintain its commercial viability!

11/01/2026: From the outside, located at a crossroads along the Aurelia, it doesn't look like much, and it even has a fairly unremarkable parking lot.
But anyone who enters this place won't be disappointed, either by the interior (which is decidedly beautiful compared to the rather bland exterior), which, in addition to the restaurant, also houses a shop selling many Tuscan food and wine delicacies and more, or by the quality of the food. In short, it's definitely worth a visit.

29/08/2025: After a week in Tuscany, touring the entire Piombino area—Florence, Pisa, Grosseto—finally a good coffee. Going out, otherwise, the situation is dire.
27/07/2025: With a couple of friends, we stopped here on our way back from the beach for an aperitif. The owner's wife was incredibly kind and beyond helpful. She recommended and helped us choose a local white wine, even letting us taste several!
I've never seen such helpful and kind people! This, along with the beautiful wine cellar, will definitely make us return in the future!

20/09/2025: I was looking for a takeout pizzeria in the area and found this one. Besides the usual pizzas, they also offer various sweet and savory schicciate, both very good. We had a sweet and a savory one, both very good. However, I didn't really like the vegetable pizza because it had too many vegetables, a bit random and heavy. In the end, we paid €23. My only advice: be patient, because they run over the agreed-upon times.

A small and cozy place, in the heart of Campiglia's atmosphere, with outdoor seating and blankets available in case of cooler temperatures.
Simple cuisine with great attention to detail and flavor. Service by a very friendly lady. Perfect for a romantic evening enjoying excellent food in a quiet setting.
