18/08/2025: An experience to forget!
Total incompetence and disrespect for the customer.
We arrived and already noticed people complaining about delays with their orders.
We waited over an hour ourselves and received neither bread, wine, nor appetizers.
Each time, we were told that everything was on its way.
The place was half-empty and customers looked lost. The staff couldn't tell if they were there by chance.
The girl who was supposed to look after us literally disappeared from sight, never to be seen again.
The nervousness among the managers and waiters was very evident.
It felt like an episode of RESTAURANT NIGHTMARE! I expected Cannavacciuolo to walk out at any moment...
Not to mention the food: Maremma crostini finished, wild boar stew finished, wild boar sauce finished... People left their tables... outside, we heard from guys who had just dined there and were shocked at how bad the evening had gone.
Everyone has a bad day, but have the seriousness to tell the customer there are problems; don't fool people by pretending everything is fine and making a fool of yourself.
See you never again.
18/08/2025: We came in 5 for dinner, the restaurant is highly recommended for the food, fair price, and very friendly and polite service, especially Vincenzo who got me and my brother to play a game of table football. I also greet the chef Emanuele, congratulations!

Il locale è piccolo, molto intimo, grazioso, accogliente.
Il personale è molto gentile e presente, senza inutili assilli.
Abbiamo assaggiato poche cose (perché purtroppo non avevamo molta fame, per il tipo di giornata da noi trascorsa), ma abbiamo potuto comunque verificare come la cucina sia molto accurata e si basi su materie prime di ottima qualità. Assaggiato un piatto di pesce, freschissimo, i carciofi fritti (perfetti). Uno di noi ha preso una pizza : davvero molto buona.
Torneremo sicuramente dotati di più appetito.

30/08/2025: Let's start by saying that the food is good, except for the attitude of the staff who take away your plate while you're still eating. Considering the prices, they're not giving you anything away. The service definitely needs improving. It's not an assembly line, but a place where you can enjoy food in complete tranquility. I could say more, but I'd rather stop here.
We definitely won't be back.
As for
30/08/2025: Mediocre food, terrible service, clearly overbooked. The guy with square glasses at the register was too lazy to let us split the bill, so he forced us to calculate our own totals. Something like this had never happened to me before, truly embarrassing. The frustration of being exploited and underpaid probably doesn't help, but the staff needs to be trained.

The only serious flaws:
the waitress's lack of sociability (perhaps too young and inexperienced) and the truly obscene and uncomfortable seating (the kind we all have in our storage room when we have unexpected and numerous guests).
27/08/2025: A beautiful restaurant with an excellent view of the valley. The dishes are well-prepared, although the selection is limited, but they are locally sourced. A good wine cellar is also available. The price is fair.

27/08/2025: The owner was grumpy and unhelpful.
He even spoke rudely to his guests. Unlike the very patient and kind waitress. The Margherita pizza was passable and good. A plate of pappardelle with wild boar sauce weighed about 50 grams. It was like being at Enoteca Pinchiorri. It's 2025, and remember that many people read reviews before coming to eat. Avoid if you can.
22/08/2025: I've never reviewed anything in my life, but this restaurant deserves 10 minutes of my time... We made reservations for four adults and two children at 8:00 PM... and we were there at 7:58 PM. Too bad it had started raining... I told him the name of the reservation, and already quite annoyed, he moved the table halfway into the rain, removing one end of the table and pushing the table next to another family's table so that two were left under the rain, three on one side for two, and one at the end that wouldn't fit.
So I went to point out the situation to him, but he took a phone call and left. After a few minutes, he came back. I said, "Sorry, but it's raining on the table." And he answered here too. I asked him politely... "What kind of answer is that?" And he... "I don't know for a second that it was raining." :(Orange alert also posted in the nearby parking lot). At that point, we left, because some people aren't worth a cent of my money.

08/07/2025: It seems to be getting worse every year: this time only the agua frizzante was passable, the rest was of abominable quality, the wine was corked, the steak was unpalatable, the starter platter with bad, tough meats, bruschetta could only be consumed with a saw: I fear that this cannot be made up for by the atmosphere.

Oggi sono stato davvero molto deluso
2 caffè annacquati.. sgradevolissimi
Pagati con 2 cornetti 6.30
Guardo lo scontrino e vedo 2 cappuccini
Faccio notare alla cassiera anziana che io non ho preso i cappuccini ma i caffè si jnaltera l'altra signora anziana alludendo che ho detto cappuccini alla cassa in modo poco cordiale ..
I toscani gli porti i soldi e pensano che ti stanno facendo un favore

Non saprei come definire un simile costo senza rischiare denuncia.
Non ho voluto le patatine in busta e in pratica me le hanno fatte pagare ugualmente.
