05/02/2025: Trattoria con negozio di alimentari antico davvero: dal 1882, in una piccola frazione tranquilla nel comune di Vaglia. Pochi tavoli in ambiente rustico, atmosfera simpatica da cucina verace anche nella presentazione delle portate, con tegamini e vassoi invece che piatti. Menù con ricette toscane ben fatte. Ho gradito particolarmente i carciofi fritti, asciutti e saporiti. Buono il vino rosso della casa e prezzi contenuti (coperto a 1 euro per pranzo).

15/01/2025: Un posto semplice dove gustare una cucina genuina a prezzi onesti.
La sala, in stile toscano, può contenere il giusto numero di persone, senza risultare eccessivamente affollata.
Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, piatti genuini e semplici, ricevendo un servizio amichevole e gentile.
Abbiamo assaggiato, essendo in diversi, molte pietanze:
Affettati, la loro carne, i primi, tutto di buona qualità.
L'unica cosa che ho gradito meno sono stati i tortelli mugellani, che solitamente in zona sono fatti decisamente meglio sia come pasta che ripieno, ma comunque godibili.
Ci tornerò molto volentieri

A piece of advice, the steak is shown to the customer first and the weight is stated... not surprisingly!

13/01/2024: Typical Tuscan trattoria where you can eat good meat. Excellent starters (delicious livers), fresh and quality cold cuts. At first the waitress made a bit of a mess with the order but they recovered without any problems. The first courses are a little too "greasy", but the white ragù is very good. Must try!

11/02/2025: Tremendous. I have a friend who tells me that at Nappino you can eat good fish and pay little. For me, given that we are on the Tuscan hills, good fish that pays little is synonymous with a rip-off, but judging by the unjustifiable amount of 5 stars I see among the other reviews, for many this is not the case. There isn't much to say if you are constipated order a nice plate of seafood and a few hours later they will have a laxative effect. If you are a masochist there is spaghetti with seafood that is foul to the eye, smell and taste. If you want to be crazy, go to the meat menu and specifically wild boar ragù, you will doubt that they have plated what the constipated person got rid of after the large plate of seafood, and that they have served it to you steaming hot.
10/02/2025: We ate very well, good quality of food, but they need to review the presentation of the place a little better, it's a shame that the environment and order lose points, when they are good at raw materials

01/01/2025: Cenone di fine Anno 2024 terrificante.Niente è stato come avevano pubblicizzato, mancava il cibo, in molti sono rimasti senza primo secondi e contorni,lo spumante x brindare nn lo volevano dare anche se era compreso , per non parlare del cameriere che ci ha servito ,( 3 camerieri per un locale di 150 persone) ignorante ,aggressivo per niente professionale. Al momento del conto diversi clienti volevano chiamare i carabinieri,inoltre abbiamo dovuto chiedere scontrino fiscale . Esperienza pessima questo locale dovrebbe chiudere.

01/11/2024: Abbiamo preso un filetto di manzo che era proprio secco e bruciato. Lo abbiamo mandato in dietro dopo aver dato due morsi. Ci hanno rifatto il filetto però ci hanno fatto pagare per entrambi piatti. E questo l abbiamo saputo solo quando abbiamo visionato il conto.
30/10/2024: ¡Fantástico lugar! Nos alojamos aquí y tuvimos una cena increíble. Conocimos a los propietarios y fueron muy amables. La ubicación es preciosa y todo estaba impecable! Nuestra habitación estaba muy bien equipada y acogedora con una hermosa vista. Llovió, pero todavía teníamos el tiempo más encantador y acogedor. Desearía haber reservado más de 1 noche. Muy recomendable!

26/08/2024: Cucina ottima, abbondante e sopratutto genuina. Ambiente tranquillo e familiare, personale molto cortese. Da ritornarci sicuramente.
26/07/2024: Locanda nel centro di Bivigliano che conosciamo da 40 anni. Le gestioni si sono susseguite negli anni e anche quest'ultima non riesce a far decollare il locale, nonostante Bivigliano e la recente posizione sulla via degli dei.
Il servizio poco brillante e i piatti, locandiere, taglatelle e galleto con patate, di qualità mediocre non giustificano il prezzo non adeguato ad una locanda.
