18/01/2025: We were last night 17.01.25 for dinner at la Borriana and we were delighted, we ate a spectacular cut, excellent appetizers of cured meats produced by them and personally finished with a tender hearted dessert which I highly recommend to everyone, the waiter was very kind and friendly. We will be back soon.
Thanks again for helping us have a wonderful evening
17/01/2025: We went there for dinner with the family for my father's birthday. The restaurant is exquisitely decorated.
The most sincere compliments to the chef for the preparation of a splendid dinner: from the cold cuts (of their own production), to the first course, to the wild boar ragù, then moving on to a superb cut and finishing with an enchanting pie.
Absolutely worth trying

05/01/2025: We divided a great starter mix between 3, then I took the Schnitzel with melted cheese and baked potatoes (the meat was really excellent, I would have preferred the cheese to be warmer and instead it was lukewarm). However, the place is well looked after and organised, we will definitely be back

28/12/2024: We stopped to eat by chance after a long queue on FIPILI. The owner turned the oven back on for us and made us 4 delicious pizzas with exceptional sourdough dough. We'll be back to taste the sweet pistachio pizzas!
30/07/2024: Very pleasant environment, the service is very helpful and the pizzas are very good.
I would happily stay here again

28/12/2024: I think the negative reviews are from the competition because we had a great time. Excellent pappardelle with chamois, penne with ragù ditto.
Fettuccine with mushrooms a little bland but good.
To finish, cantuccini with vin santo which I recommend.
30/09/2024: For a quick lunch, the cover charge of 2.50 euros seems excessive to me, as it is a comfortable but rustic place.

06/05/2024: Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il battesimo del nostro bambino proprio qui.
Menu a km 0 con antipasto di crostini, panzanella ed affettati toscani, crespelle alla Fiorentina, pappardelle al cinghiale e grigliata mista di carne con contorno di patate arrosto ed insalata.
Sapori deliziosi, cotture perfette, porzioni abbondantissime (forse anche troppo, a malincuore c’è stato un po’ di spreco e ce ne siamo dispiaciuti davvero moltissimo, perché era tutto squisito ma non ce la facevamo proprio più) . Siamo stati accolti con molta professionalità ed estrema gentilezza, la sala in cui abbiamo pranzato è rustica ed accogliente e la festa è stata… semplicemente perfetta.
Perciò, con tutto il cuore, grazie a tutti

22/08/2024: Posto molto carino ,posizionato sul laghetto ,antipasti molto buoni pizza eccezionale, servizio veloce e attento.
Siamo stati veramente bene.
18/08/2024: Asso nella manica solo la vista lago, per il resto niente di eccezionale, ci siamo lamentate per la scarsa qualità della pizza con il proprietario del locale , senza peli sulla lingua la sua risposta è stata.. lei sa cosa fare .
