07/01/2026: Wow wooden aesthetics amazing. Deer pasta was great. Dark beer for starters then Fieno (swiss pine) schnapps to flush it down was great quality. Service with a smile

19/10/2025: We had the best dinner in Selva here. The food was really great. The pizza was baked perfectly, the tagiatelle ragu was great, the tiramisu was also tasty.
The waiters were very helpful and kind.
Definitely will come back whenever we visit Dolomites again.

21/02/2026: It was an amazing experience with my family, the hotel is luxurious and the staff is fast and works very hard. The location is perfect since it is in the center, and they provide shuttle busses to take you to whatever slope you would like. The food is amazing and always warm, while the buffet is big and offers many choices. The rooms are big, have enough space, the bed is really comfortable and also the bathroom is big and has everything you need. The spa area is one of the best parts of the hotel, they have a big pool inside and outside, and the water is really warm, and the sauna area is big and perfect for relaxing without children. Overall, this is some of the best restaurants I have stayed in, and will definitely be coming back.
10/02/2026: Our favourite place to stay in the Dolomites for a ski holiday, Hotel Gran Baita has become a genuine home-from-home that we look forward to returning to year after year.
The food is consistently superb, with generous breakfasts and beautifully prepared dinners that feel closer to fine dining than to standard “ski hotel” fare. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is relaxed and casual, so you can properly unwind after a day on the mountain. Staff are friendly and always make us feel genuinely welcome, from reception to the restaurant and bar, and that warmth really adds to the overall experience. Gran Baita is the place we keep coming back to, and it’s the first hotel we recommend to friends planning a trip to the Dolomites.

19/07/2025: Locale molto accogliente e con ottima cucina. Consiglio i ravioli tricolori, che oltre a ispirarsi ai colori nazionali, sono effettivamente anche molto buoni. Conto nella norma, considerato il contesto turistico.
18/07/2025: Servicio amable, deliciosas raciones locales, acompañadas de excelentes vinos. Servicio amable, visitamos dos veces durante nuestra semana en las dolomías, y nos sentimos muy bienvenidos. Excelente personal y buenos precios

06/02/2025: Muy mala actitud y servicio. El camarero nos apresuró con nuestra orden y luego nos dejó 45 minutos esperando nuestra pizza. Lo llamamos dos veces para preguntar pero no quería saberlo. Ni siquiera estaba tan ocupado. Tal vez el peor servicio que he experimentado.
31/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati per pranzare durante la settimana bianca. Appena sono entrato ho notato che le tovagliette sottopiatto erano tutte sgualcite e rovinate... alcune addirittura rotte ai bordi. Ci siamo seduti e ho chiesto di sostituirle perché evidentissimo che NON erano state cambiate dopo il precedente cliente. Il tipo con accento straniero mi ha addirittura perculato dicendomi che era solo il menù , che la tovaglietta era un'altra, e me lo ha strappato davanti con atteggiamento arrogante rivolgendosi quindi a mia moglie e figlia dicendo: MA ANCHE A CASA È SEMPRE COSÌ??. La tovaglietta contiene il menù ma asserve anche da tovaglietta e guardando su altri tavoli liberi mi rendo conto che sono quasi tutte arricciate e consumate, USATE 😱😱 in poche parole. Che schifezza. Peccato perché la pizza è buona. Mi dispiace scrivere queste cose ma non credo sia professionale accogliere persone che pagano per mangiare e farli mangiare nello sporco dei clienti precedenti e, quel che è peggio, prendere per i fondelli chi ha avuto il buon costume di lamentarsi per una cosa così grave.... mi sono rivolto anche a una cameriera ma erano tutti d'accordo nell'utilizzare e riutillizare tovagliette menù di carta usate senza cambiarle. A QUANTO PARE ALL'ALASKA IL CLIENTE NON È COSÌ IMPORTANTE TANTO DA PERMETTERSI DI PRENDERLO IN GIRO E FARLO MANGIARE SU TOVAGLIETTE USATE DA ALTRI.
