05/01/2025: The apricot dumplings are out of this world! 😍🙌🏼 we have never eaten such great dumplings! The owner is super nice and flexible when it comes to dish combinations. The view is also excellent! Price performance 10 stars! Keep it up :-)

08/01/2025: Refined hotel, very quiet, beautiful very very large spa, in the internal sauna spaces you could find naked people (local culture do not enter in swimsuits to avoid dispersion of chemical agents from the fabrics) fantastic outdoor swimming pool I would recommend the structure plus towels and slippers within reach of the customers in the various spa spaces, a very big compliment goes to the chef with the golden hands everything that is brought to the table is poetry! Congratulations to the staff, I recommend this structure especially for those who are used to frenetic pace and completely turn off their minds. A few minutes from the Merano 2000 slopes, snails, and various attractions. I recommend the Plan de Coronas slope as a width to feel less exhausted by the crowd of people, with slightly higher costs but it's really worth it, the Forst Casette di Natale brewery is also characteristic. I think I've said it all, happy holidays to you..:]

06/01/2025: If you come for the swimming pool, be aware that the water in both pools (both the indoor one and the panoramic one) is cold. It's like the temperature of an Olympic swimming pool in which you have to swim constantly to avoid getting cold. It is not possible to stay there in winter because it is too cold. The indoor pool area really smells of mold and it is not possible to lie on the sunbeds in that area because of the smell. The spa area, on the other hand, is very beautiful, even if there are few sunbeds in the relaxation area, which are occupied almost immediately. The gym with weights and (old) machines is separate from the structure with the rooms and therefore to get there you have to go outside (a ladder and then a few steps) which in any case are not comfortable especially in winter and when you are sweaty. The room in the new complex is very nice, spacious, with a beautiful view of the castle and the bathroom is also spacious and new. The staff both at reception and in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Another negative note is that the wifi works very badly in the rooms of the new building and that €5.50 for a bottle of filtered tap water is not acceptable. In conclusion, I would not go back and I do not recommend it because it costs too much given the impossibility of using the swimming pool.
