26/09/2025: I had the pork shank, which was very good, but the real revelation was the polenta, something special.
Even without any particular additions of other ingredients. It's a shame they don't pair it with sausage.
(I had eaten that way a while ago in Pila "Aosta," and it stayed with me.)
The price controls were super kind, no wait even though I hadn't booked, maybe luck.
