15/06/2025: A truly extraordinary pizza! I tried the one with pulled shank cooked at low temperature (CBT), enriched with a BBQ sauce with a strong and balanced flavor: simply spectacular. The dough is light, well cooked, and holds up perfectly to the rich seasoning.
To accompany it, a selection of excellent quality HB beers, perfect for enhancing the flavors of the pizza without covering them.
Attentive service, pleasant atmosphere and high-quality ingredients.
