19/08/2024: Modern restaurant located a few km from the center of Salerno. The location is really excellent, suitable for spending a quiet evening. The service is efficient and friendly. The meat is really of excellent quality (the menu is made up of 4 possible alternatives made up of multiple varieties of meat). What I find inconsistent is how such high-quality meat that requires very specific cooking (like Kobe's) can be cooked on the plate located on the table by the diners themselves while being served raw. This is unfortunately a contradiction that should not be underestimated since all the flavor of the meat is at stake here. Account in line with the quality of the raw material supplied but a discount would be necessary for customers as they are also chefs.
23/07/2024: I got the cheapest at €80 with tapas, meat (very little) and a dessert. The 3 stars for the food are due to the low quantity which cannot always be compensated by the quality. Too little food for this price. The meat was also good but you can't pay an €80 menu and leave there hungry like a wolf. Yes, a nice experience but far too salty. I will not return. Good but the game is not worth the candle.

Let me start by saying that we are lovers of Spanish food and are always looking for places that serve it. This is to be avoided for many reasons. The place is very small, so much so that the lady with the bushy hair who was next to us almost dipped her hair in the plate on our table. Very poor menu with very few choices almost like fast food. We took the usual seafood paella for two people and they presented us with a portion that for us was only enough for one person. So poor portions. There were very few starters and unfortunately not all of them to our liking. Sangria...if we want to call it that, it seemed like a wine-smelling drink like those in the supermarket for one euro per litre...and then the treat I've never seen before with cinnamon inside...barely half finished. We called the chef back because we found 2 clams in the paella...maybe there were four in total...full of sand...and he came out...when the fish is fresh it can happen, and I...yes but before bringing out a dish you might as well look since there are four clams and ten mussels in thirty grams of rice. And then we started laughing but we had to cry when they presented us with the bill... the paella alone cost 44 euros (we pay 28 on average even in Spain), an exorbitant price for the paltry portion of rice and shellfish content and then 1/2 liter of sangria 12 euros....crazy. positive note but still very expensive the Nutella churros 8 euros only 6.... that's okay we don't recommend it due to the price and the poverty of the portions.... then you do it...

29/07/2024: I had booked through the fork but I wanted to try the complete Spanish menu at 50 euros for 2 people. Truly exceptional! All very good! Starting from the appetizer with all the Spanish specialties. Attention to detail and of excellent quality. The paella is very good, and unlike the others with few spices and therefore delicate. Not to mention the dessert: the creme brulee, one of the best I've eaten. Welcoming staff. Don't have

05/06/2024: Cibo superbo (abbiamo mangiato la paella valenciana e la paella di carne oltre ad antipasto, dolce e bevande (sangria e vino rosato). Il servizio era eccellente.
19/05/2024: Consigliatissimi il mix di tapas così da provare un po' di tutto e i fagioli alla messicana, la salina era una vera delizia
