09/10/2025: Excellent food, truly delicious, refined cuisine with unique dishes made with the freshest ingredients. Excellent wine list. If you're in the Trapani area, you absolutely must visit this restaurant in Paceco. It's a shame the service was so sloppy. They excused themselves by saying they were having a staffing emergency. However, the kindness never wavered.
03/10/2025: Sometimes chance takes you to places you never thought existed, places you absolutely must visit for anything from aperitifs to dinner.

I ate very well and didn't pay exorbitant prices...
I found the place tidy, clean, and friendly.
I'll gladly go with friends because I had a really good time.

11/09/2025: We tried an aperitif, but there was no cocktail menu (wine or beer), so we had to go to the bar to find out what we could drink.
Along with a glass of wine and a cocktail, we were served two mini bowls... One with 6 chips inside and the other with 10 almonds that were supposed to be toasted but were actually burnt and inedible.
The only positive note was the smile of the bartender.

05/10/2025: This place uses third-world quality burgers.
They're pressed pork burgers. For those who don't know what pressed meat is, here's what I mean:
These burgers are made in factories, pressed with machinery, and the quality is obviously very poor.
Furthermore, on Deliveroo they don't even mention what kind of meat it is... which gives you a good idea of the policy of this pseudo-restaurant.

The young colleague on the stairs is the best in the place.
